I needed assistance twice during my most recent visit and the associates were extremely knowledgable and helpful. Made the experience very simple and pleasant. Cashier was friendly and efficient.

went in to order a stove and dishwasher. I thought it was going to be a long process. Lucky enough to get Julissa in customer service to help me. she was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I was out of there in 10 minutes. She also explained the various extended warranties and how I could save money if I took two five year warranties, which I did.

I purchased a stackable washer/dryer with delivery and removal of old unit in under 40 minutes. It doesn't get any better than that. Kitchen and bath displays looked awesome. Overall a stress free experience.

lack of store associates to assist in finding a product. Found one associate in an aisle helping another customer, i went and stood next to him patiently waiting for my turn without interrupting, however the associate walked past by me with the customer he was helping knowing that i was standing there without acknowledging me or letting me know he will be back to help me. i was simply ignored and had to walk back to the aisle to find the product i was looking for. basically it is a self service experience. A sales- associate while helping a customer needs to be aware of the surroundings. it is understood you cannot help more than one customer at the same time, however it takes a second acknowledge a customer to wait.

From the moment my son and I walked into this store we where greeted with friendliness and kindness by Anne G. Who right away rushed to get me a electrical shopping cart for my comfort and convenience. Soon after she guided my son and I to meet with Alex F. at the Pro-Desk who got everything I needed and even loaded the items into my car with out event asking. I'm handicap and it is very hard for me to move around never the less shop and thanks to the help of these two associates not only we got everything we needed but more important we got an experience we won't soon forget. My son and I want to take the time and thank Anne and Alex for the outstanding service they provided and Hope Depot managers and co-workers should learn from them.

When buying paint, the Associate who helped me was easily available, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful in matching colors, giving me advice concerning paint sheen, amount of paint needed. He was friendly and eager to make sure that what I had chosen was the correct amount, then mixed 10 gallons of paint in less than 30 minutes, I couldn't have been happier with the service, his advice re floors, walls and trim paint. Along with all this great service and product (Behr), I was also given a Memorial Day rebate and told I could apply on- line. Amazing. Customer service was quick and polite when paying . I was surprised, overall, how quickly the ordering, preparing and check out was completed. The store felt clean, well-lite and when I had asked for a particular associate who had helped me previously, he was called over the loud speaker and came immediately. Thank you Home Depot Paint Department, Secaucus, Happy Consumer !

The store is always clean and stocked. The associates are all knowledgeable and kind. Our facility is very close to this store and the comfort of knowing you are going to find what you need is great!

Compared to the stores I normally visit, the staff (at least 3 different members) at the Secaucus store went above and beyond to be helpful during the short time that I was there.

You can tell from my zip code that I live in NYC. My sister lives in NJ. I normally wait until I'm visiting my sister to go to Home Depot, because the staff at your store are so helpful and knowledgeable. Your hiring practices lead me to believe that this is a management with eye for good business practices and a heart for people.
