I have always been confused why in the "garden department" items, some expensive, are left to be exposed to the weather. Living plants excluded. I don't want to pay full price for items that have rainwater or sun damage. Products I would never leave outside are basically left outside at the store.

Very clean and organized store. Employees were very willing to help in any way they could. It was a breath of fresh air shopping at that store.

I have been going in for the past few months for paint and the people at the paint counter have always been helpful and nice. Especially the young lady. I didn’t catch her name but she added my paint colors under my information so I will always have it and got me some assistance talking it to my car!

Found what we needed, got help, checked out with a friendly cashier. Great shopping experience.

I’m very happy with the service the employees provide to us the customers, I have a kitchen cabinets project and the lady in that department helped me out with everything she was polite and very patient and answered all my questions

This store more than others seems to offer be under stocked or out of stock. Especially on the lumber products I have looked for. Employees seem to do just enough to keep their jobs. Uninterested and not very knowledgeable.

These products work very well as long as you read the instructions and try to follow to a tee

I got a gift card a few months ago and tried to use it and it had already been redeemed. The cleck (Vicki) acatually scratched it off to get the PIN but there was no PIN printed on the card so she called the 800 number. They said it was redeemed 4 months ago. There is obviously a problem with your gift card system that i can be so easily hacked. I spend $1000's a year on my HD card and you can't credit back $50 for the gift card? Horrible, you are bascially calling me a thief and saying I redeemed the card. UNACCEPTABLE!

On about 3 different occassions. They give me wrong amounts of products. Last visit I asked for insulation for a 16x16 room including ceiling. I had to go back and get 9 more bags. I could no longer add it to my differed payment purchase. NOT GOOD

I had to get a few more tools for trenching and the job site. I found everything I needed and service was great. Everyone at the service desk was very friendly and my purchase and return were done quickly. Big thanks to Cheyanne and Kristy

Went into Selma,Ca location to pick up a few items. Everything was going well until I got to the check out register. The cashier Bruno stopped in the middle of our transaction and told us to wait. We didn’t understand why until we saw him walk away from his register to go and say hi to his friends. We felt this was very inappropriate and unprofessional. He finally came back and eventually finished ringing our items.

The cashiers know nothing about customer satisfaction, they look puzzled. They can't give any discounts without asking a manager what is that about. Need some more training or just pay attention to there training....

Great experience picking floors, counters, paint and window coverings

I had a gentleman help me with check out. he was very respectful, kind and willing to make sure I had everything I needed. Sales person JJM6643

I had an 80 year old porch light that needed to be repaired or replaced. Staff helped me figure out how it could be repaired for $5 instead of replaced for $30 to $60 with one that wouldn't have looked as good as the original.

Went into Home Depot a little while ago. They weren’t too busy at all. But when I ask for help to get an item down from where I couldn’t reach it, no one came to help me. I asked one of the cashiers to page someone for help three different times And wasted about half an hour of my time and still no one came and helped me. For a store that wasn’t that busy this morning there was no one to get a simple item down from on top. I hope to not shop at this Home Depot ever again.

In 2008 I was an owner builder on a small property I had purchased. Home Depot establishing in Selma was the best thing that could have happened for my project. I will always shop there for any of my projects.

I been buying all my home goods here and have been extremely satisfied with the service, starting from customer assistance to low prices on everything there. I bough ceiling fans, security doors, garage openers with installation included for lower prices than other places.

Ladies at the service desk (Tania) and employees in the hardware and lumber (Jose) department were very helpful and had a good attitude. Thank you!
