We had a very tricky Washer & Dryer order an the team was super helpful.

I am a contractor and I get great service from many of the employees in this store. There are a select few who do not give good service and are also very rude to me. The management is hit or miss most days on addressing any issues I do have.

I shop there often. Never disappointed. Employees always go out of there way to help find what I need. VERY PLEASED! Also, plants are VERY HEALTHY and beautiful!

I was looking for a clearance item that they did not have in stock but they were able to help me locate it at another store, Serena went out of her way to personally call the other store, help to complete a sale over the phone, and arrange for a will call pick up. Beyond impressed with the excellent customer service!

I've shopped at all the "big box" stores, and the Home Depot in Seneca is simply the best at customer service. There's always an employee around to give you a hand, or help you find what you are looking for. I could go to closer stores, but I choose to shop here siimply for the excellent customer service.

Only issue was with blocking the loading area completely for 20 minutes to load a generator that could have been loaded by two people. You had 1 forklift, 1 flag operator and two employees manning the scissor isle blockers making sure nobody breached the barriers. I ended up loading 36 2x4x8, 7 2x6x8 and 2 sheets of 4x8 plywood alone but by God no one got close to the fork lift and the generator was safely loaded in the vehicle.

I appreciated the two ladies that were most helpful to me as purchased new appliances.

There was a wide variety of annuals and perennials available and they were healthy and fairly priced. Impressive for this late in the season.

We done a kitchen remodel and the design employee was very helpful with information about the project the project was completed with no problems and we are very pleased with the new look would definitely recommend it to anyone

I was in need of a fix for a broken push button light switch. I was not sure what to purchase. The gentleman in this department was awesome! He went directly to the switch I needed. He instructed me on how to repair the switch. Excellent customer service at this Home Depot. I have shopped there for 20 plus years and have always had oustand experiences at the Seneca store.

Associates I encountered were friendly and most helpful!

About a week ago Serena, will in the midst of completing a delivery order I was placing, was able to go into my account settings and resolve an issue I was having regarding the name on my deliveries. She was professional, timely, and corrected the issue. Thanks again!
