There was a wide variety of annuals and perennials available and they were healthy and fairly priced. Impressive for this late in the season.

I was in need of a fix for a broken push button light switch. I was not sure what to purchase. The gentleman in this department was awesome! He went directly to the switch I needed. He instructed me on how to repair the switch. Excellent customer service at this Home Depot. I have shopped there for 20 plus years and have always had oustand experiences at the Seneca store.

Associates I encountered were friendly and most helpful!

About a week ago Serena, will in the midst of completing a delivery order I was placing, was able to go into my account settings and resolve an issue I was having regarding the name on my deliveries. She was professional, timely, and corrected the issue. Thanks again!

We were in the middle of a deck project with help from family and absolutely would not have gotten the job as far along. Getting the additional items of several deck mount hangers and lumber necessary to keep moving on the project. We appreciate the effort Rofi made. His support made a big difference in getting so much accomplished today.

I always enjoy shopping at the Seneca Home Depot, employees are very helpful and the store is well-stocked for my needs. Online purchases picked up there always go very smoothly!

BOUGHT 1 SKID OF SAKRETE AND WIATED FOR ALMOST AN HOUR TO GET SOMEONE OUTSIDE WITH FORKLIFT TO LOAD IT. CAHSIER WAS FREINDLY AND KEPT APOLOGIZING, BUT MANAGER THAT LOADED DID NOT HANG AROUND TO TALK OR EVEN SAY HE WAS SORRY FOR THE LONG WAIT. BAD/POOR PEOPLE SKILLS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM HIM.

Either the customer service is really good or Nonexistent. Only cashier this day was a 80+ yr old man and the line was long. Self checkout was shut down.

Find people who are interested in working. Or, if you can’t, stop hiring slugs !!!!!!
