Great customer service

We were in the middle of a deck project with help from family and absolutely would not have gotten the job as far along. Getting the additional items of several deck mount hangers and lumber necessary to keep moving on the project. We appreciate the effort Rofi made. His support made a big difference in getting so much accomplished today.

I always enjoy shopping at the Seneca Home Depot, employees are very helpful and the store is well-stocked for my needs. Online purchases picked up there always go very smoothly!

BOUGHT 1 SKID OF SAKRETE AND WIATED FOR ALMOST AN HOUR TO GET SOMEONE OUTSIDE WITH FORKLIFT TO LOAD IT. CAHSIER WAS FREINDLY AND KEPT APOLOGIZING, BUT MANAGER THAT LOADED DID NOT HANG AROUND TO TALK OR EVEN SAY HE WAS SORRY FOR THE LONG WAIT. BAD/POOR PEOPLE SKILLS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM HIM.

Either the customer service is really good or Nonexistent. Only cashier this day was a 80+ yr old man and the line was long. Self checkout was shut down.

Find people who are interested in working. Or, if you can’t, stop hiring slugs !!!!!!

Haven't been disappointed in anything i bought.

We have been doing a deck project and all are material has been in stock and all in perfect condition. And fast in and fast out transactions! Good helping staff!

This is one of the worst Home Depot’s I’ve ever seen and I have seen a lot. The staff is not very knowledgeable about home building or improvement and not exactly friendly

Provides everything you need for your home projects & you won't have to run an employee down to get assistance. Never do they say, "I don't know, that's not my department", as is the case in other stores. I compliment Home Depot's management , training & screening of their employees. Excellent job.

Ask for David Howansky in the cabinet department if you are needing someone knowledgable about the products, has great design experience and is extremely courteous and patient. He is the absolute best! Home Depot can provide prices that will beat the online RTA cabinet makers. You won't be disappointed.

I have never been to any store where all the folks there were as helpful as Home Depot 1130. Being wheelchair bound, shopping can be difficult sometimes. Not at Home Depot 1130. I had a person shopper, 3 different guys loading up what I was buying. Then to top it off, the guys put all the stuff in my van in tropical storm Nicole rain!!!

All of the staff were very friendly. Thanks, it is not that way in most stores these days.

I spent the better part of three days at a different home improvement store purchasing, exchanging and returning items. Then I went over to Home Depot… and what a wonderful difference! Finding someone to help me was easy and the information was very helpful. I was in and out in no time with all the correct items. I’ve learned my lesson and will use my Seneca, SC Home Depot for all my home improvement needs from now on.

This Seneca store is the worst one around employees do not like to help had to load 6 by 6 by 10 ft pressure treated post employees just walked by luckily a customer helped me load my posts same thing when it came time to load my truck a customer in the parking lot saw me struggling and helped call youth are really really bad there North Carolina

I was helped with a paint purchase. The associate was friendly and helpful. I always enjoy shopping at the Seneca store.

Michelle at the Seneca store Customer Service Desk is outstanding. I had an issue with the pricing on an item and she quickly made the adjustment while producing a smile throughout our engagement. Very pleasant and efficient. Thank you!

Went in to buy some Milwaukee tools and couldn’t get help. The Milwaukee sales rep preferred to joke it up with a store employee and ignored me as I waited to talk to him, finally walked away. Going to switch my entire line of power tools now.

Associates are helpful and go out of their way to help you find the product you need. This makes for a positive shopping experience.

I bought two bags of High priced Tile Mortar $34. The product did not mix right and did not hold the tiles on the wall. Their was less than 10% contact to the tile. I returned the empty bag and the unused bag. I was given a refund for both and bought another product that worked perfectly. I am a very satisfied customer.

The employees and managers at this store are the best. I am in the store weekly, sometimes several visits per week. The service is always top notch and dispute supply chain issues the store seems to be well stocked!

I always can find a cart for my needs of the day. They have an abundance of new carts and are easy to find. Can't stand searching around a store for an available cart.

My visit was so nice it almost made me cry! As I was walking in a man outside was pushing buggies and he greeted me to their store. Then at the register the cashier greeted me and told me to let her know if she could help me with anything . Then I asked for help and she directed me to the very spot the the item was. Then two more employees asked if I was finding everything ok. When I checked out the cashier was nice and polite! It was a great visit! And I sure needed that with the tough day I have had.

The store was clean. The people were very friendly. Our cashier was so nice and smiling.

If you have a need and never been to this HD, give it a try. Go in and ask For Serena, Michele, Sam, Gene, Buddy, Mel, Mary, and any of them other folks wearing orange aprons and I promise they will not stop until you are satisfied.
