Manager Chandler needs to be retrained on customer service. Also how to be a leader and lead his team. Today I had two associates trying to assist me and Chandler not only showed no customer service to me but also blew the opportunity to train his team? We had a product that would not scan and he told them to tell me it wasn’t in the system? So could he not look up the last time it sold and sell it for that price? No, just told the young associate to tell us that it couldn’t be sold! Great job Chandler, you are a pure management material. Lost a customer

Store aisles are nice and wide; directional signs for products are large and placed high for excellent visibility. Most sales staff are friendly and helpful. Prices are very reasonable. My only problem is that displays of new or sale items always tempt me to buy items for which I wasn't searching!

You need more help in this store !

I went in early Saturday morning to pick up some soil in the garden department and was greeted by Johanna. Travis came up to me and said how can I help you today. I told Travis that I was sent on a mission by my wife to get a certain soil and I showed him a picture. He said I know exactly where it is and took me over to it and helped me load it on the cart. He was super positive, happy and helpful. He made my day start off right. I gotta say GREAT JOB Travis!!

Generally the store has everything you are looking for. Plenty of staff to help answer questions. You might need to be a little more patient than I can be at times, but they are very helpful once you get them.

The Seneca Home Depot Has an associate that is beyond professional. Her name is Mel. Mel is friendly and very knowledgeable. Mel knows her job and goes "above and beyond" to help the customers to the best of her ability. I wish all of the associates were as professional and helpful with such a positive attitude as Mel is. Thank you

My cashier, Michelle did not wear a mask. That is jeopardizing My safety and everyone else in the store. That is ridiculous.

Finding of what we wanted was not an issue the issue was the cashier Kimberly. My husband who is active duty and my father were purchasing a new tub and other items for the house we are renovating. And when asked if we could use the military discount we were told we could, but the cashier was rude when my father went to pay for the items. Kimberly told them that the military person must be the one paying for the item in order to get the discount. (My father wanted to buy it as a gift for our newly renovated bathroom). Which the cashier Kimberly is incorrect because I called and spoke with customer service to verify the policy before making this review. And the corporate policy states that as long and the military member is present with the ID they can receive the discount and are not required to be the one paying for the item(s). I am very upset and put off by this woman’s rudeness and unprofessional behavior.

They are always friendly at this location I’d shop here over Lowe’s any day of the week!!!!

Another great experience at Home Depot in Seneca, SC. Friendly staff and Home Depot had what I needed to make my plumbing repairs.

The store has most items one would expect. If you need something down, be prepared to wait. If you return something with a receipt it is 50/50 you will get a hassle. If you need more than a couple handrail brackets you will be disappointed and associates will give a blank stare when you ask when more will arrive. If you buy an extended warranty don’t be surprised if you get a hassle if you have a problem with the item and go to them for support. They will try to blow you off and tell you to call on phone. If you need help loading you may never get out of the parking lot. One of the worst HD stores I have shopped. And I used to work for HD.

love the depot almost never had bad experince ;keep it up glad that some companies can still show appreciate the costumer thank you.

Customer service is terrible- so unfriendly. Don’t waste your time trying to get help from the store manager- she only made it worse. Just go to Lowe’s.

If you need something and know where it is good but Easley store is better

If I could give a negative star rating I would. Please take you business elsewhere. This store management is incapable of customer service. I was charged twice for a Penske Truck Rental and not one person in the store, including the store manager, was capable of getting to problem corrected. To date, it is still not been corrected, going on 4 days now.

This store is convenient to get to from the Hwy 123 and Sheep Farm Road. However, the parking lot is too small in the lumber department. One major problem at this location is some customers use the covered loading area in the lumber department as their personal parking spot, making it impossible to load a purchase without pushing it out to the parking lot.

Very clean and organized store and knowledgeable employee's.

Cashier ( Alison ) was a waste of time. Over 30 minutes to check out for nine items and that is after she picked up the first item. They could do better with a five year old at the register. Dont wast your time here
