This store is one hellava shopping experience .

Staff is very knowledgeable and resourceful.

I purchased four bales of pine straw from this particular store. While my husband and seven year old were opening and spreading the bales, my husband was stuck by an embedded one foot long piece of barbed wire fence. Please be aware if you purchase this product from this store!

Jennifer in appliances did an excellent job in assisting me with my purchase. Hope to work with her again in the future.

I absolutely LOVE my hometown Home Depot! Every time I go into this store and no matter which poor guy I happen to see first, they are always so helpful and considerate. I am a first time homeowner and single mom.....I have lots of "honey do" lists and have to YouTube the fix-it vidoes. Everyone is quick to offer advice, tips, and teach me in ways that I understand I'd never shop anywhere else.

Seneca Home depot is a clean, well stocked store with friendly and knowledgeable employees. I have shopped there for several years and always have been satisfied with their products and service. I have purchased floor covering, appliances, paint, tools, lumber, grills, roofing, plants, and pool supplies over the years. Great store!

I have never been so unsatisfied. This store continuously lied about when I would get the flooring I ordered that was far from cheap. They did not communicate with me at all when delivery dates changed 4 and 5 times. When it finally got delivered 3 weeks later it was in multiple deliveries, they didn’t tell me they were delivering it that day so it had to rescheduled AGAIN and then they ordered the wrong parts so the contractor couldn’t finish.

This store is managed extremely well. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Mulch loaders were friendly and helpful.

The Cashier Mary was very friendly and efficient; the paint associate Buddy was very helpful and also efficient.

The Seneca Home Depot is awesome. The sales personnel are extremely knowledgeable of the items in the store, and so courteous. They will even walk you to the location if needed. The store is clean and friendly.

On a Saturday afternoon in the middle of July, y'all really need to have more than one register open and one person at the front end customer service. Love the store really hating the service.

Smaller store. Lots friendly people work there. Manager Jeremy was very helpful. Cashier Kelley was very nice and offered loading assistance if I needed it.

This store is my favorite place to shop for all my home improvement needs.

The employees keep there word and helpful the 3 times we have been there

I have shopped at this store since 2002 and love the prices for all I need. And will be back in a day or next for another job I want to do fast before the forth. So now just keep on doing what you do to help anyone that comes in. Paul
