I have been coming to this store for almost 5 years now and I can honestly say I have never had an unpleasant experience. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful. As I walk through the store the associates I meet always ask me if I need help and are very courteous.

everyone was very friendly and helpful ,store was very clean and organized found the washing machine very quickly look at them all then ask the sales person about it and he said it was out of stock , ask about another he said it was out to he said the only one he had was the amana for $338 the others would take a week to get , we needed one now so we took the amana not the one we wanted ,

I find the store easy to navigate and the employees are very helpful.

We visited the garden department and had very helpful associates. Our cashier Sandra was very informative and helped us with all our needs. I would recommend this store to all my friends.

PURCHASED 40 BAGS OF MULCH AND REQUESTED ASSISTANCE TO GET THE MULCH AND LOAD IT ONTO OUR TRAILER. ONE HOUR LATER AFTER REPEATED CALLS BY THE CASHIER REQUESTING LOADING ASSISTANCE AN ASSOCIATE IN A WHEEL CHAIR SHOWED UP TO HELP. I DID NOT WISH TO HAVE HIM HURT HIMSELF FURTHER SO I, A 74 YEAR OLD PERSON, USED CARTS TO PICK UP THE MULCH, MOVE IT OUTSIDE THE STORE AND LOADED IT ON TO OUR TRAILER. CASHIER SAID THAT THE STORE WAS SHORT HANDED AND THAT THEY WERE TRYING TO HIRE ADDITIONAL STAFF.

I asked a cashier to send me help with the lawn mowers. The young man, dark haired and tall, came to help. Before he got to my husband I explained that I needed extra help because my husband was 71 and quite confused about things he used to know a lot about. The young man was excellent. He had recently, he explained, attended a conference about the lawn mower and was able give us excellent information. He was patient. It was a blessing for me. I later called to see if the mower could be assembled and delivered. The woman I spoke with explained exactly what would happen. She was professional and helpful. This experience was unusual because I felt as though I was not alone and overwhelmed. And I am thankful and will return to buy the mower. God bless these people.

One of the friendliest stores I've ever been in. Every associate I encountered offered their help and were all very knowledgeable.

What a great Christmas shopping experience for my husband! Just after an unexpected surgery before Christmas my husband drove me to Home Depot so I could get him some Christmas presents. He took me to the door explained my situation and asked for assistance. Not just one but several employees were very eager and happy to help me pull together a variety of ideas from tools to hobby items and even stuff for his stocking. They were very excited in helping me. They sat me in a chair and did all the running for me, then even assisted me through check out putting my items in bags and boxes so my husband could'nt see them when he brought them in the house for me. When they took me out to the car to load it, they happily greeted my husband and apologized to him for taking so long. It was the shortest trip I ever took to Home Depot! On Christmas Day my husband loved everything they suggested. Thanks Home Depot employees for helping my Christmas be Merry & Bright!

Anything and everything ever needed is always at your disposal, as well as the amazing customer service. I drive and extra 25 min just to go to this homedepot because of the customer service.

While I had only gone in for a few items, the Home Depot employees were very helpful. The paint products that I purchased were of very high quality. I would most certainly recommend this store to anyone who plans on doing any home improvements.

The sales associate when purchasing 4 major appliances was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and patient. When we brought this to a managers attention, he informed us that she, Courtney, had only been there a month. The store is always clean. Seemed alittle cluttered this past week, but I figured that was in preparation for Black Friday
