I knew exactly what I was shopping for when I visited the Home Depot store in Seymour, Indiana. I went directly to the product I was buying as I have visited the store many times. I didn't need any assistance that day but have had good results in asking for help previously. The store always seems to be clean and in order and I enjoy shopping there when needed. I used the self checkout which is fantastic for most smaller items purchased.

This store is loaded with associates who are pleasant and helpful. If one doesn't know something, they'll find you one in a hurry who does. The store is organized well, but I'll be honest in saying I don't look for things, I just ask an associate. I also shop online a lot and pick up in store. It's convenient and the prices are great.

99% of the time they have what I need, or something I can use instead if I can't find it. Always helpful and able to answer my questions.

After a very busy day for both of us, it took little time to shop and buy a replacement clothes washer at Home Depot. There were a good number of types and brands to choose from, with a wide price range.

The associate that assisted me with the measurements and price of a kitchen cabinet was very helpful in making a decision on which ones to choose for my kitchen remodel

I bought windows for my entire house, Cabinets, flooring, etc. the associates have been a pleasure to work with, and JOHN is a WONDERFUL check out cashier. He is a treasure.

I was a bit disappointed when I went to buy a lawn mower, because the model that I wanted showed on hand and in stock, by both web site and mobile app. However, when I arrived and spoke with sales assoc., his hand-held store device showed 5 on hand, which in fact, they had zero. I ended up placing an order online at the store. I was not planning on waiting for item to ship, because I needed it that day. It was irritating, but the sales assoc. went out of his way to make the transaction as positive as it could've been. Home Depot is a favorite store of mine, and I buy frequently from this Seymour store. This event will not have a negative impact on me being a customer. Having said that, please address and improve on this. Thank You!

Great shopping experience. Met with smiles as I entered. Products that were needed were in stock and accessible. Used the self checkout which actually worked as it should. The associate overseeing the self checkout was friendly and was giving out complimentary cold water that hot day. I walked out of the store with a smile too! Thanks!

Where does all the helpers go between 4:30 Pm and 5:30 Pm?????

Horrible service!! Staff not friendly or helpful! Takes forever to recieve merchandise!

I needed to order some siding and lumber for delivery and found that after 5 PM don't plan on finding help easily. After a significant wait and being bounced by two employees to a third, I was finally able to achieve what I came for. I did not however plan on it taking over an hour to purchase these things. The people were very nice and tried to be helpful but to leave the building material desk at 5 to people who don't know how to place an order seems very short sighted on managements part. Overall the store is a nice place with nice people. Just don't plan on a lot of expertise after 5 PM

The product I was looking for was fairly easy to find even after being misdirected by the associate. I thank God for that because I have gout and that store is far to large for me to walk around in all day.

Sometimes I just go to Home Depot and look around. My husband calls me the only women that shops at the "hardware" store. I can walk around for a couple hours "just looking". I get alot of ideas and the store associates are so very helpful. If you just want to have a good time, visit Seymour's Home Depot store, you will definitely get relaxed and exercise at the same time.

The service was exceptional. Terry went out of his way to help us. He was very friendly and approachable. Terry is one reason for returning to the store. Shelia was a very good cashier and helped out a lot. Thanks to the both of them for their great and courteous customer service.

I shop in the store allot and have always found what I needed and if I need help there is someone there to ask. I love the flowers and I return there every year to purchase what I need.
