I occasionally buy tools, but much more often buy hardware or lumber from the Seymour Home Depot. Very rarely can I not find what I am looking for at the store.

Thanks to them having a clearance area and lumber discount I've been able to get some jobs done for less money. I rarely walk out of Home Depot without the item I was needing. They've got friendly cashiers too.

The employees make up this store and definitely Adrian makes this store better

The whole store was well organized and uncluttered ,with plenty of room to maneuver the cart thru the aisle!Although, No employees could be located outside, I walked inside and an employee named PATTY was more than happy to help me and several other customers outside!

I enjoyed shopping at The Home Depot... I am repainting some of my rooms and needed different paint... Shelly at the paint Dept was very helpful

I always enjoy shopping at the Home Depot Store in Seymour, Indiana.. The Employees there are great

we bought a washer order it and then change are mind to another washer had to cancell frist order and start over the sales people was very nice about it

I visited this location to find something for a project I was working on & received excellent customer service. Both Bob and August were very friendly and helpful. Both employees were knowledgeable about the store and helped me locate exactly what I wanted for the project. I was so happy and impressed to see that our Home Depot employs such wonderful workers.

Always helpful employees! Especially Devan in lawn and garden and store manager Jenny!

If you are going to need assistance loading material such as shingles, fencing , concrete mix ETC. plan on spending at least an hour getting someone to load you.

We had a great experience shopping for a bathroom vanity. Found a decent vanity at a great price. The department associate, Brittany, and the customer service manager, Adrian, were amazing in helping us find the right vanity, quickly facilitated getting it moved from the top shelf, ordering a backsplash, smooth checkout, and getting the vanity loaded in our vehicle. They were both very friendly and professional. They totally "nailed it" as far as we are concerned. :-)

From the time I walked in to the time I left, every employee i came across was pleasant and willing to help. It was a wonderful way to start my day.

Me and my husband went in for a couple items and had trouble locating. Immediately was helped by a man named David m. And what a help he was. Is nice to shop in a store where your not feeling like your bieng watched and can take your time shopping. If u need help find David m!

At about 12 noon most all the store employs leave for lunch and the only ones left are cashiers and no help at all for any of the different departments. As you walk around looking for help, you come up on groups of 4 to 5 employs standing around talking but they can not help and will try to call for help from people who are not even in the building! No other store I know of will totally disregard their customers like this! Its like Home Depot doesn't care at all about customer service. And good luck getting down the aisles to get to get to your purchase! Aisles are constancy blocked with big ladder, hoist trucks, pallets of stock, with total disregard for their customers trying to get down these aisles

I love walking into this store and having EVERY SINGLE ASSOCIATE greet me and ask If I need anything. I LOVE having all the assistance I need to get what I need!

We were asked multiple times if we needed help finding or loading anything. Additionally, one item we needed wasn’t on the shelf- it was still on a truck, outside, behind the store. They unloaded it in the freezing cold for us just so we didn’t have to make another trip!! It was a huge inconvenience for them I’m sure- but they didn’t act like they minded at all!

Employee went above and beyond by going with me to find what I was looking for and I was not exactly sure what to purchase

The Seymore, IN employees and manager are all great to work with. Very professional and went above to ensure we were satisfied with our purchase and assisted with loading. Very pleasant experience.

I have been purchasing items from this store for several years. I like coming to this store as the help is more co-operative and helpful. They even help load up when needed.

Everyone at Seymour Home depot has a great attitude and willingness to go beyond their duties to help everyone who enters the store.

We needed a new washing machine. Home Depot is my go to store for these types of purchases

The staff was friendly, store was well stocked, in and out in a jiffy!

Purchased a new toilet kit. Work so well and easy to install that I returned and purchased 2 more unts
