I have been so impressed by Cameron in the Garden section, his willingness to help, and his general knowledge of the store, that I seek him out for assistance whenever I need it.

Tim in the garden section of the store was extremely helpful and determined to help me find what I was looking for.

Please, please focus on your customers! I can NEVER find help.

I usually go to this store on Cherry. I find it quite homey with very helpful staff.

If you know that you will be needing assistance from an associate, this is the Home Depot to go to. There are always plenty of workers around to help and they are very knowledgeable about their departments.

One of the only reasons I keep coming back to this store is because of Mercy at the Contractors Desk. I know I can count on her been there every morning and not worry on how long it will take to get out of the store so I can beat freeway traffic. Very helpful

I came in looking for a bracket for a kitchen cabinet drawer. Javier was working in another section but he knew immediately what I needed and where to find it. He showed me the shelf where it should be but there were none. Javier checked the stock on his phone and would not stop until he found it. I was very happy to have help and went home with just what I needed to fix the drawer. Thanks so much Javier. You're the best!

This home depot is in a great location, nestled atop Signal Hill, conveniently located next to Costco and a number of other stores. The store has ample parking. Interior is well lit, the store layout is logical and the aisles are clear and clean. My only gripe is that there could be more store associates available to assist shoppers. When we did find help, it was great. Cameron, an Austrian (or New Zealander), was incredibly helpful and friendly. He recommended a warranty on the Food Freezer we bought and helped bring it down from the storage shelving. Checkout was a breeze and we even had help to the car by Tree, another friendly associate. Overall, good experience... we will definitely be back!

I purchased several items in the store and in the garden and lawn section. The employees were very knowledgeable and friendly. Although it was very hot day, while I waited in line. The cashier (Jorge) apologized for the wait. when I reached the check stand and while we waited in line, he told all of us who were waiting in line that he would be right with us, assuring us he was moving the line as quickly as possible. Very good service.

I had purchased a bracket to help me install a window air conditioner. After getting it home and checking it against my vinyl window, I concluded it wouldn't work as well as just installing the A/C without the bracket. I set the bracket aside and decided I'd just return it. A month and a half went by, I ran across the bracket again and realized I had forgotten to return it. I checked the sales slip and found that I still had time. Took it in, went to the "Returns" desk, and walked back out the door in less than two minutes, with a credit being posted to my charge card. MUCH easier and quicker than I expected!

Instant help yesterday in three different departments today! They've definitely stepped it up!

Signal Hill is staffed with great people helping you get your project completed early and on time. This store is really easy to get in and out of quickly early on the weekend.

Most associated don't know about tools and are not helpful when choosing tools

I was shocked by how eager the store associates were to provide assistance in every section of the store I visited. They proved that great customer service is still alive.

I was helped by Vince in hardware. I needed to get some items to build a bed for my daughter. I was short on time and it was late in the day. Vince was patience and extremely extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I got everything I needed quick and for a great price, he also was my cashier and loaded my car. I will be back and I hope he will be there again.

Went in with my mindset of getting a mini fridfe the associate was super helpful in doing so. Also wanted to buy spray paint... waited 10 mins for the aisle to be clear and an associate to help me and never did so i left.

The Cashier Danny - DRM6590 was very rude and unhelpful. I understand I am not the best customer Home Depot has but I was treated as if my business was not important and if I did not care for his policies I should shop elsewhere. A simple exchange turned into a very unpleasant experience and I can say with full confidence that I will not return to this location.

Your Web Site definitely needs some work. The questions are alright, but the answers and the way the Web reacts to some answers, not to mention that some answers have a no associated text, like "Yes", "Maybe", or "No".

Ran in for a small bucket of joint compound. Was a little difficult to find the correct aisle, but standing in front of the paint section an associate offered assistance and quickly pointed me in the right direction. I appreciate a quick point out and not somebody following me the whole way, I can do the rest on my own or go back and ask for more assistance if necessary.

The gentleman who was taking care if the plants in the early ie so very well informed and very kind. He was extremely helpful to me selecting drought resistant plants. He pointed out some discounted plants as well as plants he thought would be coming in the next day. He was very helpful. The cashier was a delight and helped me pack my care and take care of my interior with plastic. I am sorry I did not get their names.

Went to go buy an air conditioner and had good customer service and left very satisfied!

The gardening department has a VERY helpful associate. He knows his stuff. Didn't get his name but I'm assuming he is Australian from his accent. He helped us with our entire shopping list.

Helen in Appliances (salesperson HML5001) was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I ordered a Mini Fridge by phone and picked it up at the store within 45 minutes of placing the order. It was ready to go when I arrived. Helen was pleasant and efficient in person and on the phone. She and an assistant loaded the Mini onto my truck, and that was that! I'll be back.
