Best parking spots close to stores are taken all the time by illegal fruit vendors selling tasty treats from old vans. Happily offering samples of pieces of oranges and even some exotic fruits. Employees must be taking a cut of the profit as they are happy with the arrangement.

I just recently purchased a washer and dryer and the sales person (Bridgette) was so helpful and answered every question I had. I will definitely be back to buy the rest of the appliances I need.

I was looking for a product that would bring light to my garage. Turns out I just needed a new bulb. Micky was very patient and help!

Eddie in Customer Service was great! He went above and beyond to help me with a return that wasn't processed correctly which would have cost me $300. Great Work Eddie!

The store associates on the floor walk around like the customers are in the way (like we're an inconvenience). They also aren't very helpful with sawing. The cashier in the garden department was really nice though.

Each time I go to shop at this Home Depot I feel confident that I will be able to find what I need for any home project. Sometimes if I am there to get something for our Handyman, the clerks are willing to talk directly to him so that I purchase just what he needs for any project. Our home was built in 1909 so there's always something to fix. Some parts are not available, but we have always been able to get a part to take the place of what has gone off the market. The checkouts with knowledgeable folks add to a well rounded shopping experience.

The manager PITA advised me that Home Depot gift cards with PIN Numbers should NOT be used for purchase at ANY Home Depot location. She advised that these Home Depot Gift cards will not honored in the future per her management advising her of this.

Angie in the paint department is an employee any company would want. She had both a great positive attitude and real willingness to actually help you. She took ownership and showed effort in answering all of my questions. Because of her I plan to get all of my bathroom remodeling materials at this store and this I not the closest Home Depot to me. Great job Angie! Keep smiling, keep shining...

This particular Home Depot store has employees that greet you by name (if you are a regular), and go out of their way to be helpful on the floor. Their store has enough staff and are knowledgeable about their products- or will find someone who is knowledgeable. I am a Real Estate Broker and Owner/Builder. This is my second home.

Julie was amazing she went above and beyond to help me abs my husband get these bamboo fencing that were all the way in the back. What a life saver !!

We came to Home Depot for a dishwasher and other things needed for replacement of a sink and counter in our kitchen. George had great suggestions and gave us guidance all the way to purchase and shipping arrangements.

The staff is very helpful. Once I had a gopher problem and was given a simple resolution that only cost me $2.00 and a trip to the grocery store. This is more than a home improvement store!! It’s a home wellness store as well (Lol).

This store is always well stocked even when other stores are out of product for my Christmas lights business. I applied for a second credit application and the payment process was time consuming because I had a large order and was processing the new credit card and a secondary form of payment. Moji stepped up to help her co worker and she also was at the end of her Shift. She was patient, full of joy and very knowledgeable about her computer skills because it was a complicated process. I also saved money just applying for the Credit card. It was a very Merry Christmas for our Christmas Lighting Business this year with all the new business and we managed to find all the last minute product for the new customers at Signal Hill. This store comes through every year on our last minute lighting needs.

This is my favorite Home Depot in the area. I can go on and on of the many above and beyond experiences I’ve come upon here. Everyone here is just so genuine, real, informative and kind! This is “My” Home Depot.<3 and I always feel valued here.

Huge difference in customer service at Signal Hill location. I was directed to the right folks to help me find what I was looking for and was in & out in no time. Even the cashier, Moji, was kind & professional. I use to dread going to this location cuz I felt they catered to contractors only. Keep up the good work!

I was treated as a good customer, it felt good. The store is clean, well lit, and items are easy to see. As soon as I went inside, a staff member approached me and asked me how can he be of help which saved me the time to wonder who would help me and answer my questions. I bought an outside-patio pergola that was on display at a very desired discount price! I felt like I was in the right place at the right time. The staff was customer friendly and professional. Of particular interest, Vanessa, Brian, and Jenni were instrumental in this particular purchase experience. Keep up the good work!!!!

This is the friendliest store I've ever been too, and Melissa with the short red hair is the nicest cashier I've ever met

I would recommend it to get anything else except to make keys. That lady with pink short hair was very rude and did not need to shove the key on my hand, hurting my hand.

Kirt was so helpful. Your store was out of the rebar I needed (this was the 2nd store I'd been to), and he took it upon himself to cut it to my required length. I really appreciated it, as it saved my camping trip (extreme weather called for rebar) He even thanked ME for coming in after. Will def be back here because of his customer service. Also, cashier Milessia gave me excellent travel advice for my camping trip. This was a great experience. Thanks!
