I've been shopping at Home Depot's competition due to them being closer, by a few minutes, to my home. I was glad I took at trip to Home Depot as their selection and service was far better than at any store I have visited.

Yes I had a really nice experience here at this Home Depot. Ray in the garden section took a lot of time answering all my questions I had about the specific plants I wanted to purchase. I had an idea of what i wanted to do for a project and ray in the garden section told me he would help me if I brought my birdcage in that I wanted to grow a succulent garden inside and that if I purchased the plants there he would put it all together for me!! He did an outstanding job! I will definitely be back with more ideas and if I have any problems with my plants or even questions I know exactly who I am coming to see! Thanks again Ray!!

I am a person who does not like to shop nor deal with bureaucracy. So, when it came to choosing carpeting, I dreaded the whole transaction "process." Tammy was efficient, humorous and dealt with all the problems that came our way (such as product sudden unavailability, corporate confusion etc...) with professionalism and confidence. I am going to go back and buy some blinds from her!

We are rehabbing a rental extensively, and we needed many things. We had some trouble locating what we wanted, but we found associates in every department who were very helpful and knowledgeable. We got everything we needed, and the prices were great.

Go see Ray in Lawn and Garden if you need anything plants. He's knowledgeable, friendly and so helpful! If you buy a plant and a pot they'll pot it for you for free and Ray really went above and beyond on that. Saved me from buying potting soil and hours of potting time. When I got home all I had to do was put all of my beautiful new plants on my patio. Exceptional service!

I needed assistance in locating items that I needed. Ray from the Garden Dept. assisted and recommended products to meet my needs and then took me to another area to find another item. He was extremely helpful, informative, and friendly.

This is our store we mostly use. Its close to our house and my wife and I spend allot of time in Home depot we also use the lakewood store. We love the staff, how helpful they are and enjoy the shopping experience at this home depot./

I am a contractor and therefore cover a lot of areas. Thus we need a place to pick up materials whenever or wherever the job and need may arise. Home depot is always near and available to meet our needs.

store was well organized and clean. shopping was a wiz when products are easily found and quick checkout.

Since I had no idea where the particular item might be in the store, I solicited the assistance of one of the many employees available to help. The associate was friendly, knowledgeable and took me directly to the spot where I didn't find the exact product I was seeking, but I found an even better item. Just love this store and its employees in Signal Hill.

Getting a copy of a key is easy! Good staff to help if you need it.

They need trigger torches that attatch to map gas for soldering copper pipes.

I am disabled and the staff are quick to offer assistance - I don't always need it but it's nice to be so well looked after!

Jorge your cashier is a real asset to your company. He was available to help me in locating someone to help me in the hardware department. There was no one in site and he asked if I needed help and immediately paged someone to the department and also let me know they were on their way. He introduced me to the other employee. When I came to pay for the items. He asked to make sure I had found everything I needed. Give him a real High Five His attitude and helpfulness went the extra mile.

I am overall happy with the service from all associates that I come in contact with, very helpful. Sometimes there are standout people. The lady at the entrance that greets me like a friend, the cashier that reminded me to get a free paint opener for my paint, the associates that walk me around the store to find what I need. This last visit Kersheral was the special person to be helpful and kind, to me and the 2 people ahead of me. I appreciate her very much.

Assoicate on the floor was not great help but check out person made my day. Home Depot like a second home. Sometimes I run into an associate that is having a bad day. Overall HomeDepot is like family.

Also learned about the installation services that home depot offers...with lifetime guaratee on product and service.
