nice place to shop

I shop here often and the associates always give me good advice and savings. It is close to my home and I come sometimes just to window shop. I find things easy and what I need or just want. I was able this time to use parts on my old sink to put on my new one and this was some PCP piping. They helped tell me that what I put together was great and would work. Also it was so creative they learned something from me. It was a nice experience in a short time and a urgent time as needed it right away. Thank you.

Impressed with customer service from the time I entered the store and received a friendly greeting to the people in the appliance area who answered all my questions and gave me brochures and explained the differences between appliance brands. Everything I was looking for I was able to find quickly with the help of a Home Depot employee. The checkout was much smoother than at other home improvement stores because of the self-checkout areas and several cashiers to assist, too.

I would rate the Simpsonville home depot store a 5 star, everything was easy to find, the staff was educated and very helpful, atmosphere neat and clean

The store is very clean, organize and the employees' also friendly and helpful. I'm single mom, I never do the handyman things before but after I came to this store, with their helps I feel confident to fix things by myself. The store personal are very helpful and usually have what I am looking for. Special orders should be inspected carefully. I have ordered things that were delivered to the store. When I went to pick them up they were damaged, every time. The prices are usually inline with other big box stores in the area.

I love this Home Depot! They have great customer service and someone is always around to help when needed. I have never went to get something and them not have the product. I have purchased my flooring from them with a great experience. They tell you everything you will need to get the job done you can take your measurements or let them do it for you! I have purchased my doors from them and thanks to Lee Ashley it was perfect door and I had everything I needed for install. I have always had a positive experience with this Home Depot. If you don't live close it is worth the drive. If you need a door Lee is the guy you need and he installs doors for Home Depot. Thanks guys for all your great service we need more stores like this.

Yes, I always find all the products I am going there to buy. The store is always clean and in order. If when I need assistance they are readily available. The associates are always friendly and very helpful.

We like to use Kathleen she had helped us in the past with carpet for our mobile homes. This time we need a new counter top for our kitchen. She is a very friendly and informed employee.

Went to Home Depot looking for replacement flooring for our sunroom. Found what we were looking for and on sale. Purchased and brought home that day.

Purchase an open box appliance that was clearly marked with a bright yellow mark-down tag as a freezer. I was willing to purchase a new in box freezer but they do not stock the upright freezers in the store. I was in an emergency situation as my current freezer was failing and I was about to go out of town for a week. I took the appliance home and after a short cool down period stocked it with frozen food. After a short while the appliance had turned off after only reading about 31 degrees. After troubleshooting the controls and going online I discovered it was actually a refrigerator and not a freezer. I dashed out to lowes because it was near closing time and purchased a larger freezer, new in box, for about the same price. When I returned the refrigerator to Home Depot in Simpsonville a manager looked out the window and stated that that was a freezer. WOW really after what I had just gone through? I need Home Depot to reimburse me for my spoilage as well as my delivery and handling of a misrepresented product.

In the flooring department, Tasha & Tameka are very knowledgeable about flooring, but also retrieved & loaded the lumber buggy, going all the way to other department,s to get me everything I needed for the job since I'm unable to walk or stand but for a few minutes at a time. They also took time to listen and made calls to help me find a contractor to lay the tile since I needed it done the next day! BUT ALSO once when on my way to checkout, I became upset, from the anxiety of starting a remodel, at the Lumber checkout, in tears, I told Carolyn about the huge remodeling we are about to undertake, for the 1st time ever at the age of 55 and Carolyn gave me a big hug, told me about the Pro Xtra area & introduced me to Paulette Brown, The Pro Department Specialist, who gave me her card and insisted that I could call her anytime with questions. THE HOME DEPOT IN SIMPSONVILLE, SC, IS NOW MY GO TO PLACE!!! AND EVERYTHING I PURCHASED FOR THE TILE JOB WAS SO INEXPENSIVE, IT WAS UNDER $200...I AM VERY HAPPY!!!
