Kudos to the 2 older ladies working in appliances. Each time they made our choices very easy to fit our lifestyle. Didn't feel rushed, took the time to answer all our questions. Knowledgeable staff.

Julia in the garden center was extremely helpful. I also appreciate the helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable staff members at this particular store. I wish given COVID-19 the store would go back to having one entrance in and one entrance out as they did in the beginning of this outbreak. Far too many individuals do not wear a mask so I only go early in the morning (I was there at 7:00 AM today and after returning the HD truck, I went to the garden center around 8:30 AM).

Terrible customer service. There was a dishwasher marked $498 when it rang up it rang up for $679 sales associates spoke to someone and they would not honor the $498 that was written on the box said that sale ended three days ago. Worst customer service ever

Pleasant visit, actually had 2 lanes of LIVE Cashiers open!. Store very clean, got what I needed, without assistance.

The cashier named Julia made my experience at Home Depot horrible. She made unprofessional comments to me and my kids. With COVID-19 on the rise, She did not stay 6 ft away from me and my kids nor did she have a mask on.

I will focus on the associates in this review! Compared to the other home improvement store in Simpsonville, your associates were head and shoulders above theirs in paying attention to the customer! At the other store, you have to walk around and try to find what you need on your own!! If you find an associate, if what you need is not in their area, they can try to help you find it. But they normally are just as lost as your are!

I did an online order to avoid spending to much time in the store during the pandemic. The associate helped get things in my truck & just threw the smaller items in the back without giving me a chance to verify I got everything I had already paid for. I got home & realized that an item was missing. I have been calling the store & customer service nonstop for the past two days & can not get in touch with anyone. The store is just a recording & customer service puts me on hold & never returns.

For years I've been a customer at HD. It's always been a symbol to me of the every-man, the American. It's been a place I could go to get the things I need to do on my own. It's never been a place I go to expect some political nonsense slapping me in the face. Now, though, HD has jumped on the bandwagon of virtue signalling about this COVID-19 overreaction nonsense. First, 4 months into it you're gonna suddenly start limiting the number of customers in the stores? Why? It's been 4 months since the world hysteria broke out. Why now? Because everyone else is doing it? Then ... I get up to the store and there's no one in your rope lines, so, rather than run through the rat maze, I go around it. Your greeter loses his mind! I get a lecture about the importance of going through the rope line ... even though no one is in it. He ended with, "We treat everyone the same here!", shouted in a sneer. I'd said not a word until that moment, when I agreed with him: as if we're not Americans but criminals and burdens. As if that weren't bad enough, the cashier treated me the same. I was treated as if I were a burden, as if I shouldn't be there. If you're so "serious" about all this crap then shut down your stores. If your employees are so upset at having to deal with heathens like myself who choose to continue with life rather than cowering in a hole some politician insisted I find, then shut down your stores. I hate to break it to you, but this will pass ... and what will your employees do when all these "burdensome" and "criminal" customers have discovered they don't need to be sneered at by going into HD when they can just order what they need online? I swear to you, now: I'll go out of my way to find alternatives to the things HD has so conveniently provided me for years. If I have to spend more money, or wait longer for the items, so be it. I'll never shop at HD again.

Any Home Depot will not give a Military Discount on commodities.

We shop at this store often and it’s always clean and well stocked! Employees are always very nice and helpful!

It starts when I enter the front door, i am greeted with a cheerful and friendly smile and given assistance when needed.Always willing to help and give you guidance and advice on witch item is best for your application.(GREATLY APPRECIATED) after purchase you have short check out lines always make sure you found what you needed. and once again terrific personalities.when ever i purchased the wrong or to many items, your return and personnel are great. thanks again

Yes I found everything I was looking for... I mean it was only paint .... well I also got some peg board hooks I ran into .... haha but the guy in paint was extremely helpful and kind , especially because I had no idea what exactly I was looking for (howard) , as were all the store’s employees, always offering assistance

Do not purchase anything with damage if you are using a military discount. They will not honor a discount for damages products combined with your military discount.
