I love to shop at a store where employees actually help you!!! They smile, joke with each other making the work atmosphere fun. The Sioux Falls store you are greet with a smile, the store is clean, and employees are helpful.

Great employees and a great place to shop

This store had a whole bunch of friendly people working on the day I arrived to purchase a drier. Ron was wonderful. He had me laughing and smiling the whole time. Who would have thought that buying a drier was that much fun??

WENT TO Home Depot TODAY LOOKING FOR A GRILL! I TELL YOU IT WAS THE BEST TIME THERE. I WORKED WITH BILL WHO WAS TRULY AMAZING AND WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP MY WIFE AND I OUT WHILE WE WAS THERE LOOKING FOR A GRILL. HE TOLD US THE PROS AND CONS THE BEST BANG FOR OUR BUCK AND WHICH ONE'S PEOPLE RAVE ABOUT! TRULY A FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH BILL. VERY EASY TO TALK TO AND TRULY KNOWS HIS STUFF. FANTASTIC OVERALL TIME THERE AT Home Depot AND EVEN BETTER WHEN I WAS WORKING WITH BILL.

Excellent customer service all around. I have asked to borrow a cart from their store and was told I could use one during the week when the store isn't so busy. I really appreciate their willingness to help people.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful people. Have an excellent military appreciation program and returns are easy. No hassles with receipts, just use the card you bought the item with—the computer can find it!! Thanks Sioux Falls Home Depot!!

Store is clean and well organized. They had a good selection of items I was interested. Most importantly they had a great staff member who was very helpful and had a good working knowledge of the product.

I usually go to this store in the spring and summer to buy my annuals and perennials because I find their selection is superior to other stores in the area and the quality is usually much better.

Better not need any help

Needed something small and didn't have much time, was in and out in 10 maybe 15 minutes with random employee, friendly, and happy to be there kind of fella. Pointed out exactly what I was looking for and took no time at all. Time is money! They get it! Good job!!!

3 employees were near me and helped me find what I was looking for. Did not just point the way, but took me to what I needed. Check out was quick.

Love that anytime I go here they always ask if I would like some help. This is comforting since I’m a homeschooling mom and sometimes just need to get in and out with the items and of course the kids!

I had limited time to shop. I knew exactly what I wanted to purchase...but could not find it where I thought it would be located. However, the woman working at the paint counter was VERY helpful...she did not know where the product was off the top of her head, but she found someone who did and then she led me to the location/shelf where the product was located. She was so nice and friendly, smiled and thanked me for coming to the store.

Friendly and efficient staff. If they don't have something you need at their store, they will go above and beyond to order it for you.

This store has the friendliest and most helpful people! From the greater who help point you in the right direction to the cashiers that are totally amazing! Everyone in between those to points of the store are absolutely amazing!!

From the time You walk in and are greeted and asked if You need any help Till The cashier thanks You for shopping at Home Depot and tells You to enjoy the rest of Your day it's a great experience. I was directed to the item that I was looking for by a very nice women. I have always found the store very clean. I have also found the associates very friendly and helpful.

This store actually has workers that will come to you and ask if you need any help. Many other stores workers run in the opposite direction. The workers are friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help which is huge. Highly recommend this store to everyone I know. I go here quite frequently because of the workers plus all of the various merchandise. Always get new ideas. Home Depot has been my favorite store for years. Plus they have monthly wood shop projects for kids. I brought all 3 of my grand kids every month for 8 years just to participate in the projects and have time with my grandkids making memories. My grandkids are now 20, 17 and 16. They still talk about their experience plus loved the apron and pins.

The Sioux Falls Home Depot has very helpful staff who generally can answer your questions and help you find what you need. Millwork Department is excellent, Tool Department is too!
