last year after purchasing heavy bags of fertilizer i tried to load by myself which was more than i should haved ask for help.a employee seen me and helped me which i needed.

The service in this store has improved over the last year. The employees know more about how to locate products.

I think the guys at pro service have done a wonderful job. Every experience here feels luxurious. I drive in and am welcomed by members of pro service. They fulfill all my needs and no is never said at anytime. They go out of their ways to ensure satisfaction. It never seems that you are wasting their time and they take care of anything you need without hesitation. Well done, well done.

Helpful & knowledgeable staff!!

I shop at this store quite often because it's close to home. Even though that might be the main reason, I really like to be able to get all my gardening items at one place. It is also good to have a good return or replacement policy. This store is so good, they know me by name.

Absolutely best service at the pro desk. Mitch , Vargas , and Justin consistently keep it rolling. I’d prefer this location over any supply company in the area or any other Homedepot . Whenever I walk in pro service says “wassup Ben, what can I do for you” . I enjoy my trip to this store and am there multiple times per week. Canton is closer to me but I’d rather take a trip to the Sixes location just for the Pro desk . Y’all rock !

I have a choice of 2 HD stores in Woodstock area, the Sixes Road store is by far my choice. Store is clean and well maintained, better organized and well stocked. The Hwy 92 store is older, aisles not as wide and seems "cramped", also store seems to cater more to the "pros" rather than the DIY'er. The employees at Sixes Road are much more pleasant and willing to assist. Parking and traffic pattern is much better than the Hwy 92 store.

Awesome Home Depot in my neighborhood! Always clean and very organized which is always so helpful! Love the employees and especially the cashier, Erica! The two gentlemen that assisted me with a special kind of light bulb I was looking for, were helpful, patient and creative in their suggestions to my specific need! Thank you!

Purchasing experience at this location was very good - Salesperson was very helpful and knowledgable. The store and it's employees get a 5-star rating. My rant below is related to the delivery services which Home Depot contracts out - this is where my disappointment lies. So warning for anyone needing delivery from Home Depot - read on for my experiences in the last month with their delivery service provided by GE: The delivery of our purchases from Home Depot was far less than acceptable - seems that there are no Quality Control processes in place for deliveries. In the last 3 weeks, we have made two major appliance purchases. - First was a LG washer/dryer with storage cabinets - with first delivery, the cord for the dryer was forgotten, nothing was installed and we had to reschedule delivery. With the second delivery of the washer/dryer with storage cabinets, the hoses for the washer were forgotten. So that they didn't take the washer/dryer away AGAIN and require another delivery date, my husband went to Home Depot to purchase the hoses and installed them himself. Time between these two deliveries was one week. - Second major purchase was a Samsung refrigerator with the delivery scheduled for 1/12 between 8:45-12:45 - we learned through the delivery company dispatch that the drivers "skipped" our delivery early in the day because the driver claimed he had GPS issues. While on the phone with them, they suggested that I reschedule the delivery - this solution wasn't acceptable and I demanded that they deliver within the date/timeframe promised. The driver was rerouted back to our home and attempted to deliver a damaged refrigerator. I refused the delivery because it appeared that someone had punched their hand through the protective plastic and removed the water dispenser mechanism in the door. Now, two days later, I receive a message from Samsung about the refrigerator and when I return their call, they say that the Home Depot store had processed a "return" rather than a "replacement" of our order, and that they cannot change the order since it was handled by someone at Home Depot. We have received no call from Home Depot about the resolution for this issue and my patience is running thin. We've been purchasing appliances from Home Depot for more than 20 years, and we've never had an issue like this. Now within a month's time, we have repeated issues with the delivery service. There is no survey opportunity to rate the delivery service, so this is why I included it here. Consumers need to be aware of what might happen once you're outside the Home Depot doors and are relying on a delivery service not run by Home Depot themselves.

This store is very clean, well stocked, and very nice employees willing to help with whatever you need.

Clean and Friendly; great pro desk.

Although H.D. associates are helpful and friendly, ALL Home Depot stores should stand behind products they sell, especially when they "highly recommend" a specific product. For instance, their laminate flooring that we bought 4 years ago is coming apart, although we have tried to take care of it as much as anyone could. We even bought expensive area runs to cover high traffic areas, including in the kitchen. It was "highly recommended" by Home Depot for Kitchens and people with children and pets, and had a 20 year guarantee. It has turned out to be a terribly defective product and they are trying to weasel out of replacing it! We have shopped at Home Depot stores for decades, and have remodeled and repaired our property using Home Depot products. It is a real shame what they are trying to NOT to correct this particular laminate flooring product that we purchased from them. Shame on you, Home Depot!

From the moment I walked in I was greeted and smiled at by every one I saw. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful i had a few mishaps along the way I was pushing a double stroller and pulling a cart behind me so I definitely had my hands full. But and there were several employees that helped me out with out a second thought . Great customer service is a rarity these days but today this store and their employees nailed it and than some . I will definitely use this as my go to store because of today’s experience

I have recently moved from Indiana an Home Depot is a five minute drive frm me. I was hoping to make this my store of choice an will go again after the holidays. I visited before holidays an was not happy. I went this month an bought a Refrigerator service was fantastic!! I will go back in January an see how service is . Thank you,A.W

Never seems to be enough associates to help find things or help get heavy things off shelves. Last 2 times I was here, I ended up going to customer service to get someone to help. Took almost 10 mins each time waiting. Associates that ended up helping me were friendly and knowledgeable. Store was clean and neat.

I enjoy shopping at this location because they generally have what I am looking for and the store location is convenient.It is easy to get in and out of the parking lot and very close to I-575

This store has friendly, helpful associates who are willing to take the time to talk to you and understand what you truly need.

Came into store and the older man greeting people up front was going to find help for me, then he never came back. I later found him in the store joking around with other employees helping no one. I approached him and he said he couldn’t find anyone to help me. I was able to find another employee in the store that was very helpful and a true representation of what Home Depot employees should be. The greeter man up front who greets people was not helpful at all, so don’t waste your time with him.

Careful buying something online and then trying to return to local store if after 90 days old. No refund, and no Credit. SAD! I guess my bad for not knowing. But really SAD customer service and customer loyalty.
