at times the store is clean as can be it is a building supply store.

Store was well stocked and the associates were available all over the store to assist.

The store was very clean and the associates were very helpful.

Too often I find there are not enough people to help and those that do don't have experience in the department.

The store is usually well stocked, I found 3 out 4 things i wanted. it is well light and the associates at the register are always friendly. but try to find an associate in the Tool Crib....Not easy. I seem to pick all the times that the have no help in the dept I am in. But i usually can find what i need.

Customer service is available, but do not pest you. The store is clean and organized.

All very helpful had no trouble picking out products I needed

In both departments I shopped, someone was available to help me before I even had to ask.

Our associate Elizabeth Antonelli was extremely helpful to us in purchasing a refrigerator. She took the time to go on line and look for a refrigerator thst would fit in our kitchen. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and she is certainly a great asset yo this company. She really made our purchase buying a pleasant experience.

I went to the Johnston store on two separate occasions to purchase appliances that I picked out on line. I spent an hour there the first night and a hour there the next day . The sales staff was completely confused . Everyone I talked to had a different story and I couldn't get a straight answer on price match/ special financing from anyone .I asked on both visits to speak to a manager . Neither time one was available . Finally I had enough and left and was headed to best buy. Still not satisfied I decided to stop at the Smithfield store for answers . Within minutes at the service counter , I had a manager in front of me. He walked me back to the appliance dept ,introduced me to the sales associate who was very nice . With in 20 minutes I was cashed out and appliances ready for delivery. Definitely will make Smithfield my store from now on . As far as I'm concerned , Johnston should just close .Thank you again to the Smithfield store and all its helpful staff !!!!!!!!!

What a pleasant shopping experience! I was looking for a particular seasonal item that I had seen in the weekly sale flyer, and at first I was disappointed because they were sold out. But Jesse, the nicest and most helpful guy ever to work at Home Depot, got on the phone to the other store locations and would not rest until he had found what I was looking for and had it sent over for me!!! Considering that the item in question was my grandson's Christmas gift made Jesse's efforts on my behalf even more appreciated. Everyone in that store is friendly and helpful. They are really doing a fantastic job and I am a now customer for life!! Thanks again, Jesse!!!

The staff is always very helpful,knowledgeable and approachable. Best store in the chain. There is a Lowes right in my town and it is never an option to go there I always choose The Home Depot.

The store associates were extremely helpful! I found everything that I was looking for with great ease. The products that I looked for were very well stocked. My cashier was extremely helpful, offering suggestions ,as well as offering assistance with taking my purchases to my car. I will highly recommend this store !

When I buy paint I go in with one swatch, and end up with something else...Associates help with the matching of the trim for the new color...nice people. It's a store you don't walk out with what you went to buy...I always spend more then what I expected.

I often shop at my local Home Depot, located off Rte. 44 in Smithfield. I know many of the professional, courteous, and knowledgeable associates by name.

My daughter is in the Army. I needed 2 green light bulbs for my front door. Your supply was limited. She was determined to find me something, and she did. I appreciate her efforts and positive attitude

The associates are very friendly and helpful in their department products. They are trained well and have no problem answering any questions we asked. However, it does take some time to find someone to get help in this store.

The store associates availability is extremely poor at some departments.

I used the Home Depot.com Inventory verification app for this location to determine if the product was available today. I found it was in-stock as well as the app provided the Aisle number and bay location. The aisles and bays were clearly marked making finding my items quick and easy..... I'll use this feature all the time in the future.

The store was clean the associates were very helpful and the products were available. It checked all the boxes!

We were there for a micro wave oven. They were readily available in a main ailse. I expected to pay over $200 but got a Master Chef for $99.

I was very happy, with the knowledge of the associate that help with the kitchen layout. (Michael) made it sample. I was able to find the cabinets & granite to complement the oven and fridge under the counter, everything is in order . Thanks Home Depot.....

Store is very helpful awesome staff pleasant and curteous

My experiences with Home Depot have always been positive. From designing my kitchen remodeling project to selecting the right paints and stains to plumbing supplies and fixtures. All the associates have been more than helpful and friendly. Keep up the good work!!!

This time I was looking for something insignificant, when this lady that was on brake and not in her department took the time to answer my question, on something she didn't know about, but she got the right answer and in seconds. To top it off the cashier was so pleasant and with a single, by the way she loves Pizza, thanks for a great experience.

I asked the first Home Depot employee where I could find what I was looking for and he brought me right there.

The staff at this store are very friendly and help you with every aspect of your purchase, from finding the products, to loading them in your vehicle! The store is very clean and not cluttered, and all the products are in stock!

Great staff who helped me find exactly what I needed and were immediately available to help me. I found the associates were so much more helpful than in other stores.

I needed a ton of help with a small project about which I know nothing. The associate gave me all the help I needed. He patiently and politely answered all of my many dumb questions; he picked out for me all of the items I would need; and he provided me with several important tips on what I needed to do. If only the prices of what I needed to buy were as excellent as the quality of this person's customer service! I just thought that the prices were a bit high. If, however, you add in the value of the associate's advice and guidance, then I'm still way ahead!
