My windshield blade broke off the driver's area and I first went into the Target Store but they no longer carry automobile products. So, I went into the Home Depot Smithfield commons in RI and got a Rain Guard windshield wiper for my driver's side window. Then, I (Linda Grant) asked (5) five different personal if someone could help me place it on my vehicle. And this is what i got, just read the directions on the package, then another one suggested that I should scan the barcode on how to place this wiper. Wow what customer service I got. My husband had to leave work to come help me. I will never shop here again. Because their customer service skills don't meet standards.
    Overall the best home improvement store!
    I shop at Home Depot on a weekly basis. It is one of my top three places to shop!

      Installation Issues
      I bought a refrigerator and gas stove. The install of the fridge was fine, but the install of the gas stove was a nightmare. 2 full weeks without an install. Was told a new connection was needed, rescheduled install for a week later and was then told I needed a new valve. Absolutely horrible communication. Will never deal with Home Depot for appliances again.
        Worst Experience Ever!!
        I bought a carpet the end of April after two measurements and 2 times the installation company coming to the house I have no carpet!!! I have now cancelled my order and moved to another company. Diane B and Shane have no customer service skill. Stay away!!

            This is my favorite Home Depot store. They always have everything I'm looking for. When I call and ask about the availability of material they are always polite and knowledgeable. Every worker in the store knows what aisle and shelf every item is at.

                Best Experience
                My husband and I are in every Home Depot in the state quite often, and in this store I had the best help I have experienced in a long time. An employee offered his help without being pushy, and initially I declined as I thought I had found what I was looking for. When I realized I did indeed need his help, he hadn't gone far and he wasn't sitting on his phone or trying to look busy. He was polite, helped me find what I needed, stuck with me in another department to make sure to speak with another employee to make sure I had exactly what I was looking for, and once assured I was good to go even said thank you!! Xavier, great job, you really made your store stand out for me today.
