Have been back many times and have always found what I need. Also got great ideas when I wasn't sure what I was looking for. Very helpful sales people and cashiers. Will definitely go back again.

I've been shopping at this store for 20 years and feel like it's my local hardware store. Very helpful people, fair prices, wide selection. I could not do my repair work without the flexibility that Home Depot offers in selection of products and long hours open. Happy Customer.

While on a trip to Home Depot to pick up some electrical items, I decided took for a non-standard lamp socket that I needed but haven't been able to locate. One of the store associates saw me looking at the sockets and, after finding out what i was looking for, offered to lead to another part of the store where additional sockets were located. Alas, not the type I was looking for, but I really appreciated the effort the associate put into trying to help me find what I was looking for.

It was time to replenish the supply of suet for the wild birds that frequent our feeder. Was able to get a variety of "flavors", selecting from the 5 or six different ones stocked, and these are available year round, not just during the winter months. The self-check out worked well, rarely need to scan a product more than once to get it to register.

Got in, found what i need and got out. Simple, quick and easy!

They really care about you here and know when you need help to just do it! I like that!

With the cool weather finally arriving...it was time to stock up on suet for the wild birds outside. It was easy to find a good selection of suet blocks to provide a varied diet to our fine feathered friends.

Wayne made it really easy for me to confirm what my leak in the kitchen originated from. Wayne instructed me how to change a faucet from point A to point Success. Wayne informed me of all the products I should need and those I would not. He believed in my ability to repair my faucet. My faucet doesn't leak anymore. Thank you, Wayne. Kevin also made my purchase exceptional. There was another gentleman from the tool department whom took a great deal of time and patience with me. His name escapes me, but he even checked the stock in the computer with me, although he was aware of the certain items I requested were discontinued, such as Hilti drills. This guy was fantastic, patient and I feel just awful for forgetting his name. Still, thank you just the same.

I was happy with the way that management deals with situations that are brought to there attention. They stay with it until it is resolved no matter how long it takes.

Associates stated, never saw this item and to check hardware. The product was found of my cell phone. The app gave me the Aisle and bay.

I had a recent negative visit but overall Great Store

Marvin is the man in the appliance section. Not pushy but knowledgable, helpful and friendly.

I've never recieved better customer service from an associate in any Home Depot before in my life. This woman truly cares about her customers and goes above and beyond to take care of you! The company is lucky to have her! Also every single person smiled at me and asked if I needed help when I was in the store! Astounding!

store associate honored a discounted online purchase . another home depot lost my order when i went to pick it up. so i tried another home depot and they just had enough stock to accommodate my order for a job i was starting. at first they wanted to charge me full price, but when they saw how i had a online purchase order that was lost they gave me the discount. had to do some extra leg work but this store made a customer happy.

Kareem is a young guy in the electrical dept. He knows the kind of things an old-timer would know. I am pretty good finding things, and substitutes when necessary, but this "kid" aced-it. Helped me find some stuff late nite as the store was closing that I would have had to gone to a different store the next day for. Also seemed like if there was something he did not know, that he might be good at figuring it out.

I was able to find the quarter turn supply stops I needed to continue with a "repair-in-process" and quickly use the self Check-out to be back home in short order.

Purchased a new laundry center today for the best possible price. The associate who assisted me in the Appliance Center as well as all the other associates I interacted with were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The store was clean and organized and it was very easy to find the additional items I needed. Bravo Smithtown Home Depot!!

It is always a good experience every time I shop there. They always have what I'm looking for.

It's easy for me to have products and employees more often than not are extremely helpful, but returns could be more consistent with having more than one returns cashier. Today my return was speedy and I hope to continue to see this progress and will continue to shop here, it's much better than commack and many other locations.

GOOD STORE TO GO TO. I USUALLY GO THERE WHEN I AM IN THE AREA.

My garage door spring broke and I desperately needed to find the replacement parts. I went to the garage door area and was immediately asked if I needed help by employee John from millwork. I had no idea that you needed to know the weight of the door in order to select the right spring. John called the manufacturer and determined the proper spring based upon the weight. I was on my way in less than 20 minutes.

Marvin, Peter and a young beautiful blonde woman there in the plumbing department treated MY problem as though it were their very own, They came together as a team offering advice on products and showed me my options. While my choice did not work...what did work was the lasting impression they left. I have frequented MANY Home Depots over the years and NEVER once experienced what these three people exhibited that morning. Thanks a million for taking the time to not only listen...but actually hear me and care...Thanks.

The store shopping experience was great! Associate was helpful. Problem arose when I was unable to find something I left out of the bag. The person I spoke to (head cashier) did not do anything to help the situation. She needs additional training on how to handle customer problems. It's a shame she ruined the whole experience. It only takes 1. A simple apology and an attempt to rectify was all it would have taken.
