Finding right items at good prices!@

Completely different environment since corporate eliminated the cashiers, charging more for products to offset losses from shoplifting. May as well lock all items behind gates.

This is the most poorly run Home Depot I have ever shopped at. There are never any employees available to help customers. The last time I shopped here all the employees in the lighting, hardware, and electrical departments left at 8 PM, even though the store was open until 10 PM. I was overcharged for the small amount of items I purchased.. so no one to help, over charged, and what should have been a 30 minute shopping trip took 2 hours and I didn't get the items I needed. I left a written message for the store manager, Zac to call me the next day and it's been over 2 weeks and I have not heard from anyone at Home Depot. This Store and its Management is a disgrace to the Home Improvement industry and will not be receiving anymore of my money. I do NOT RECOMMEND this store or Home Depot to anyone!!!

I love shopping in this location because I always find the associates very helpful in telling me which aisle to find what I need on the particular day. I get around with a walker and everyone is so kind and considerate to me.

We bought a GE Profile refrigerator to replace our Samsung which was horrible. Haven't had it long enough to give a review on it yet, but the purchasing experience was great. Our salesman Buddy was fantastic, so upbeat and knowledgeable. We decided on the GE model without the ice and water in the door so the icemaker can be houses in the bottom freezer. Love the sleek look of the door panel without the opening for the ice and water.

I had a security door install. The installer was great, but dealing with the people who worked at Veronica the Assistant manager and the Store manager horrible customer service.

I left work after working overnight to buy a lawn mower and edge trimmer. We stood in the section looking at items and Larry walk passed us a few time and didn’t ask if we needed help. Later on when we need the cage open a young lady greeted us and ask how she can help. We told her we need the cage open she pointed to Larry who just walk passed all of us. She called him and he was not helpful at all. Every question we asked him about the lawn mover, blower and edge trimmer. He told us he does not know because he has never used it before. He attitude thru his body language and his response was very unprofessional. I asked him if he was a good mood and having a good day due to the way he was responding to us. He stated yes but just very unhelpful . We got the items he refused to answer any question, two days later we return items. The day try to return the items the lady in return was pulling tooth’s trying to get him to come to return counter to help me , where he stated infront on everyone again that he has never used the item so he does not know. I request the manager Ashley who was not empathetic about what Larry did, after narrating the incident she just said okay very dry. Called someone else to help me but attitude just like Larry . The I don’t care attitude …

No help. No cashier can't find a employee

I will say Trenette in Tool Rental was great. She had a very pleasant attitude even though she was swamped with customers. She was taking 2 customers at a time and did not miss a beat nor got frustrated. She is definitely a keeper.

Don't go to the outdoor garden center and expect help. There is never anyone to help!!

My wife purchased the wrong toilet kit so I took the unopened kit back for exchange, however the exchange was denied because i didn't have a receipt and the unit was over $20. I told the refund person to just keep the unopened kit and I purchased the correct unit. He didn't seem to care and accepted my gift.

Not happy with the rental service department. Rep was very rude.

This Home Depot store is "my go to" when I need appliances, advice for home improvement for more than 20 years. Staff from management to porters always helpful and courteous. This is my store....

It’s very inconvenient when I was given a delivery date when purchasing. Then the date changes without any heads up

I shop at this Home Depot fairly often, I sometimes don’t find the products that I’m looking for. Otherwise staff in this store is very friendly and accommodating.

The overall service at the store in Snellville, Georgia was unacceptable unprofessional I purchased a washing machine and dryer I let them know that it can be Saturday the window of 8 to 12 at that time if that was not a timeslot that was available they should have let me know that because that was a dealbreaker I would not have purchased this washer and dryer, but I told that I could not have that delivery slot and they would contact me by telephone. No one contacted me by phone situation. I will not ever return to this Home DEPOT again assistant manager per him was very rude unprofessional no phone etiquette and showed no integrity. My husband made a report to the police dept bcz of asst mgs action. The officer agreed that this was not handled properly and he had had bad service there also. If I could give a rating, it would be a -0

I’m am very serious about how Home Depot has a garbage credit card system. I can’t stand how uneducated I sound even writing this review. I’ve been waiting for a supposed confirmation call for a week so that o can get a refrigerator and nothing!

The lady at customer service was excellent. Even though I didn’t have everything I needed to place my order she worked with me to get my order completed. She was very patient and kind. Made the experience much more pleasant. Thanks again

I recently had a fantastic shopping experience at the Snellville Ga. Home Depot while purchasing a storage building. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who were eager to assist me. The store was well-organized and clean, making it easy to navigate the various sections. Not just the shed yet other product. I have gained new friends at the store as I have been shopping at the home dept in Snellville for over 20 years.

Miss Diane was very helpful and courteous. She definitely went the extra mile today
