Easy to find products, very helpful associates. I can always find what I need and if I am unsure on how to do a project, the employees are very helpful in guiding me. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

the aisles were clear and well lit. Product was in stock and easily accessible. The service far exceeded my expectations.

I had excellent assistance in the paint section from Jim. I had the wrong shade of brown for my deck paint and he helped me to get the shade I wanted by adding colors. While helping us get the correct shade he was also helping other customers. I was very appreciative.

I was greeted when I walked in the door by a young man who was working with another customer and directed to the proper location in the store. I found the product I was looking for and was able to load up with ease. I was helped by a young man, can not recall his name, who understood the situation quickly and assisted me in being able to purchase a damaged product that would have degraded if left on the shelf in it's damaged state. The checkout person, Sarah, was just about the best I have ever had the pleasure to meet. I had some minor issues checking out and she was very thoughtful and made me feel very comfortable with a somewhat prolonged checkout mostly due to my not having proper identification. I went into Home Depot with a list of things I need. I walked in and there was a great deal on a hose, which was on my list. I was pumped! The cashier was AWESOME. You should go to this Home Depot.

I spoke with a very helpful woman in the appliance department, who took time to find me items with the specification and price range that I needed. This allowed me to easily order the item online. I also went in to purchase separate items the following day and I found the customer service to be wonderful. I will shop here many times to come and I recommend this store to everyone.

I am going to have a wonderful experience at the time today.

I stopped here on my way to my granddaughters horse show. I was looking for a dehumidifier that could pump up out of my home basement. One associate guided me how to find them. Another walked by as I was looking at them and although it was not her department helped me. She had worked there a number of years perhaps 8 or 10. She was familiar with how often the dehumidifiers come in (knew the month of the last delivery) and as there was only one pump dehumidifier still left, stated they moved quickly. I asked her if anyone had ever returned one or complained of it. She was not aware that this had happened and assured me that if I was not satisfied to return it. I will be looking for an outdoor swing gym set soon and hope I can find an associate who is as helpful.

Found quite easily with quick and knowledgeable associate help. Exceptionally low price for the 2 catches I needed. Thanks a million!

I liked the fact that nobody bothered me or said hello to me until I asked.

I walked in and told the associate at the counter what I was looking for. He immediately went to the shelf, pulled it down, and rung it up. I didn't have to move from my spot. Probably the best shopping experience I have had in a long long time.

The store was open and neat. Things were easy to find. Selection was good. The staff was helpful and kind. I was happy with the service I received throughout the store. On my last visit the paint department was extremely busy but I didn’t have to wait long for someone to shake up my paint.

The folks are always helpful and friendly and the store always has what I need .

Display models missing for some products that are in stock. Had an emergency job I had to finish which needed a new table saw. The Ridgid saw in stock was not on display. It has a pretty bad design flaw on the throat plate. Had I been able to see the display model I would most likely have bought the Bosch instead and saved $50 or of course gone up the road to Lowes and bought the Delta.

Purchased an Aquatic caulk less tub and shower surround combo. Excellent quality and a very good price. Associates were very helpful. Also was able to take advantage of the 6 months interest free on my home depot credit card.

The associates were very helpful to me. When I wasn't able to find what I was looking for the associate in the paint department took his time to help me find it.

This was the first bad experience I have ever had at this or any Home Depot. I needed assistance and could only find two floor helpers who were chatting with each other. I approached them and had to interrupt their conversation. They just took enough time to point me at the aisle, but did not offer any assistance in helping me make a choice, or lifting the items (heavy about 25 - 30 lbs) into my cart, although I was in eye-view the entire time. By the time I reached the other side of the store, wondering if I had made a logical choice of item for my needs a different floor worker approached me, greeted me with a smile and asked if he could be of assistance. I discussed my needs and choice with him and was able to get a positive confirmation on my choice. He is the reason I will come back to this store. Sorry, I did not get names of those involved.

All ways some there to assist with a knowledgeable back ground

Once I got myself to the customer service and bought what I went in for it was a great experience. But felt invisible to all associates until I went to make payment. The guys that helped me load car were so helpful that is the reason I would go back!

The guys who work in the tool rental department are great. They are extremely helpful and easy to talk to. They are interested in the projects you are doing.
