Somerville Home Depot has many experieinced employees in most departments who will help you find what you need without wasting time. Their cashiers are also fast, courteous and thorough. They get me through the line fast.

The staff in this store are always so helpful and really know their inventory! Always a pleasure to shop at this store. Al is particularly helpful! He has helped me on numerous occasions and he always goes above and beyond!!

extremely attentive staff, when I was in there, a man from staff helped me finding everything I needed and was very friendly. He was AWESOME.

If I could rate it lower I would. Nice people work there but they have ZERO training in customer support. Who's fault is that? Management, of course. Training. Monitoring. Asking customers about their experience. Forget about it. Don't ever expect anyone to offer to help you. You have to track someone down - and then MAYBE, if you get the right person, you'll find what you need. Don't expect them to walk you to the location for your product without your asking - they just tell you it's in some particular isle. I just wanted to find graphite to spray into a lock. I mean how hard is it? After 15 minutes someone was finally able to get me to the right location.

THESE PEOPLE WORK HARD DEALING WITH THE PUBLIC AND HANDLE THE SPECIL PEOPLE WITH EXTREME KINDNESS

Great store, great people,, but horrible service. This is what we have come to expect and conditioned to get from big box stores. Huge turn over of the lower skilled staff.

As a rental property owner, I am in the Somverville Home Depot almost every day. I like the attitude of the employees in the various departments, especially since so many have been there for over ten years. They have a real can do spirit, and if you do not see the item you want, they will take you to the location to save you time. They also have a conscious respect for the customer's time, knowing that "time is money". Whenever I have a big load, they always help me to load up my vehicle, which again helps me save time and money. Although Somerville is smaller than many of the big stores, the great customer service makes up for it. Excellent management and team spirit are evident here. Shop at Somerville Home Depot and you will be satisfied.

Customer service lacking. Date of visit: 2/23/2018 Reason for visit: Needed a 10 foot PVC pipe cut into (4) 2 1/2' tubes. Steps: 1. Visited the customer service station. Asked if they cut them in the store. Two employees behind desk. They checked with each other and decided that yes they do cut PVC pipes in-store. They told me to go to the plumbing aisle and if anyone is at a cutting station, ask them to cut the pipe. 2. Went to aisle. No cutting station. No employees. 3. Carried the pipe around store until found an employee. 4. Employee said they don't do any cutting in-store but that I could grab a tape measure from the tape measure aisle and use the hand saw at the PVC station and do it myself. 5. My buddy and I cut it. Our cuts were not very precise. Don't think I even need to point out where the customer service was lacking.

I ran in for a few things as usual, found everything I needed, and had a very friendly cashier, Brendan, who's pleasant energy lifted my spirits. Thanks, Brendan!

The staff here are very knowledgeable and helpful. The store generally has what I’m looking for or helps me find it if they don’t have it in stock or carry it. Great customer service.

Mike at Tool rental is the worst employee I have ever encountered at any retail store in my life. On the other hand John Ciampa is amazing! Not sure if I would return because of Mike.

I was impressed with how easy it was to find employees who quickly showed me where I could find what a was looking for and and answered all my questions which facilitated my deciding which choices to make. On a previous visit (when I order kitchen cabinets), I got unbelievable, professional help from Al in the kitchen department. Thank you to all!

I have by fair received the best customer service at this Home Depot compared to the other locations where I have shopped. The employees will exceed your expectations when it comes to customer service and customer satisfaction. I particularly enjoyed working with the Kitchen Design department when planning a kitchen remodel. You will leave this store having made many friends.

I have been to this location years ago, at the time no one cared. On this visit team members really wanted to help you and much friendlier. Found what I was looking for and the store was much much cleaner. I truly enjoyed this visit.

Visit this store quite often as I own property and need to always do work on my home.

When i come here i mostly always find what im looking for..super reliable and the staff is friendly and ready to help you, the variety in supplies is nice too.
