Fantastic employees, very organized store! If you see it online they will have it!

Erik in the doors section was friendly and very knowledgeable and even walked me to every product that I needed and gave great tips on how to complete my project, also Bonita the head cashier is always nice and friendly.

Both the Home Depot stores on Portage St. and Arlington St. are very clean and the people at each one are very kind and excellent at their jobs.

Terrible service! The lawn service department said they could put a new gas line on my weedeater for $32. So my boyfriend delivered my weedeater to them and told them all I wanted was the gas line installed. When he returned, they told him the $32 was just to "evaluate what was wrong" and tried to tell him that I need a new gas tank for $80. Then they tried to sell him a new weedeater, and the employee got antagonistic and told him, "You're not poor!" My boyfriend brought my weedeater home, installed the line himself. Now the weedeater works great. No thanks to Home Depot!

This evening was disappointing the employees standing around were to busy socializing to acknowledge customers. Perhaps a recommended activity for corporate might be to teach manners. Some employee are not learning them from home maybe they can learn them at work? Tip 1 - Regardless of how interesting or cute your co-worker is... You stop talking to them when a customer approaches and acknowledge them?? It seems outrageous but it's simple etiquette. Tip 2 - when walking around the store and you walk in front of someone (acknowledge them) and say excuse me? I realize this may seem radical but this is also known as being polite. This may take a few sessions as we (the customers) realize it means you may learn the world doesn't revolve around you.

The store was clean and the shelves were well stocked. All the associates were very helpful.

Everyone is so nice and helpful at Store 3830. The general manager Gretchen is always hands on around the store. Always a great experience.

Very Very unfriendly

Our cashier was great, very nice gentleman. Two employees at the door when we walked in who failed to tell us hello. We got a panel piece and the kid in lumber cutting it dropped a piece on the saw (which caused it to dent). He also messed up one of the cuts causing it to have a jagged edge and did not acknowledge the edge or offer to fix it. Would not recommend this store for lumber.

I go to a ton of stores and all over love to shop. But , tonight I went into the Home Depot in Akron looking for security camera system and an employee Andrew and manager Harold went out of there way to get me what I was looking for. I was having a bad day and these 2 employees just made my day. They were fantastic. Also answered every question I had about the cameras. Simply great experience..Thank you Home depot!!!

I've stopped in here a number of times for odds and ends and have always left as a satisfied customer. There are plenty of American-made products available and the prices are reasonable. Staff is friendly. I enjoy shopping here.

Every time I go to this Home Depot employers are mostly friendly and I can find whatever I need there. Sometimes I do need a little help especially whenever looking into electric tools or finding the right products I need to finish my project at home. The only time that I’ve had a problem at this Home Depot is whenever I was trying to find WD-40. A older gentleman that’s a employee there Said (I don’t know where it is) then he told me where it was. Then I asked him do you know the section it is or the row. His reply to that was I don’t work in that department so how should I know. You have a scanner on your side for a reason to find the product in the store they give them to all the employees look it up. Other than that I have never had a problem other than that one time. This is amazing store to shop at and I will go back to it every time that I need new hardware.

We very precisely measured blinds for our bay window. Had to wait 40 minutes for someone to "come back from their break" to cut them. Not only did we show the employee the list of measurements but we stressed that they could not be any larger due to our window set up. The blinds were not only cut the wrong size but they were cut crooked! Highly disappointed in the product we received.

The cashier Benita that I encountered provided good old fashioned customer service which is hard to find these days. It is clear that she enjoys her job.

I have been going to Home Depot for many year but I have never had such great customer service until shopping at Arlington store. Shay is the absolute best I have ever had the please of dealing with!

In year's past I had stopped shopping Arlington store, because the employees were not kind, and I've been misdirected too many times. However, I've seen a great improvement in the employees, and the store's stock/appearance, so I am most likely to go to Arlington Store, as it's closer than most. I wish HD had mini/smaller hardware stores in the community offering more emergent needs, instead of the big box needs. Without reliable transportation customers are not able to shop HD stores, and transport their big box goods, and sometimes you just need small needs for minor repairs and emergent needs, like plumbing, screws.

Staff was very friendly and Debbie was very helpful.

I can never easily find someone to help me find what I'm looking for or to help me with something. Today the associate acted like I asked him to cut his arm off. And yes, I was properly wearing a mask. I've found this to be true for every Home Depot I've ever shopped at.
