During the long power outage in the late winter/spring of 2017. Store personal helped me with extension cords and where to find a sold out 220 volt plug. The people here really care!

New exciting things to look forward to when able to purchase.

Always a great shopping experience at this location. Store is stocked well and clean. Employees are always helpful. I see, some of them have worked there a long time.That speaks highly of this location.

This is the second day in a row that I have been amazed at the friendliness and professionalism of Home Depot workers. This time it was at Canton Home Depot on Michigan Ave. I am disabled and when I approached the checkout, Angela went out of her way to help. If that wasn't enough, she then noticed the customer in the next checkout had requested $50 from his debit card and left it. Angela, without her Super Women cape flew, grabbed the 50 and chased the person down in the parking lot. She should receive recognition for that kind of effort and Home Depot should for that kind of employee!

I've always enjoyed shopping here, but I have a serious concern about the parking lot---which I have voiced before, but no reply from Home Depot. This store is located on the NW corner of Michigan Ave and Canton Center Rd, and shares a large parking lot with other major stores. If customers come in off Westbound Michigan Ave, and drive North, there is NOT a stop sign at the first interior crossroad/not on any of the 4 corners. I have seen some near misses at this corner and urge my friends and family to be very cautious at this corner. Would think that Home Depot would be wanting to put up STOP signs here. Please let me know why these are still missing.

This store has always been helpful when needed and not overbearing in their service. I like it that way.

Staff was extremely knowledgable and knew where every product I needed was located.

I like the location of this store, good parking and I usually find what I need. The special sales are always good.

I went to Home Depot in Canton today to buy a new riding yard tractor. The assistance we received was above and beyond what I have had in years. These employees are so friendly and willing to help. Russ was the best. Thank you so much for taking the time to help and making it a pleasure to shop in your store. I would highly recommend this store above the rest. Keep up the good work.

Store Manager Rob Lancioni was very patient and helpful with us in the purchase of our new Riding Lawnmower. All stores need people like him in this world, not robots, get you in and out!

I love Home Depot Canton South. Their staff are consistently friendly and helpful. I go in quite often for projects I am working on around the house, and am so pleased at how they go out of their way to discuss what I need and give tips on the best way to get the results I need. Way to Go Home Depot!

I have consistently found what I was looking for and with excellent pricing. Moreover, the personnel are very knowledgeable and willingly offer advice or recommendations upon request. Being able to get everything in one place is very important to me to save time and trips (lumber - yup, and they can even cut it for you; paint - of course and numerous brands and types; plumbing supplies - another yes; not only floor coverings, but the option of installation [which I used for in the main living spaces of my entire condo]; tools - yes... and a lifesaver when my circular saw died in the middle of a job and I could just run over and get a new one [even with a great sale price!!]; new light fixtures for the remodeled baths - afirmative; delivery as well as rental vehicles to get the goods home if you don't have a truck; plants to give warmth to my home - naturally!). After some MAJOR disappointments with products from competitors that I tried due to special sale prices, now, I go no where else!

FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL EMPLOYEES

They do not make you feel like you are a bother when you ask for help. You leave ready to do your weekend projects with confident. Lowe's make you feel like a idiot, and they have people who do not know simply stuff, they"re there for the paycheck only.

If you need info about the plants or garden center ask for Sonia she knows more then most.

Home Depot is the best store. The help is very friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. I love everything about Home Depot. Keep up the awesomeness!!!!!

I prefer this store not because it is closer to me but because I know where things are and the sales persons are friendly.

Wonderful experience at this store. Tanja & Jerry were were exceptionally helpful to us. Tanja helped us find the brick holders we have been trying to find for a long time. She walked us from end of the store to the other to show us where they were. She was so pleasant. Jerry helped us find the solar lights we needed & the universal remote we needed for our ceiling fan. He was so pleasant and nice. So happy we chose this store. Also the cashier, Shelby was wonderful to us.................

to many associates I felt like I was at Art Van or ABC warehouse with the way they were attacking me throughout the store

I've been a customer of HD for many years. My biggest complaint (with all companies) are self serve check outs. I refuse to use them. They take jobs and if a company wants my money they should pay someone to ring items, bag them, take my money, and give friendly conversation with a smile. In this case "all" check outs were closed except self serve. I "asked" self serve attendant to ring order. He put it on the counter, pressed a button, and walked away. I asked him to finish it. He pointed at where the money goes. When it wouldn't take, I had to ask him again and he even had trouble, but then put it in. I don't work for HD so why should I do their work? Not to mention taking jobs from someone that needs one!!!

They need to orient their employees better. Ordered a fridge & stove on 3-22 scheduled del 4-15-17. Needed to cancel fridge because My dimensions were off. Spent 45 mins just at customerservice between issuing the refund on the stove and them telling me the stove I ordered was not set for delivery. Seemed like chickens running around with their head cut off not knowing what they're doing.
