Always the best checkout lines, gets the job done faster than using a self checkout!

I'm in customer service, and when you need to get your supplies and make it to work on time they here are the best at helping you get it done on a timely fashion.

It’s been a year since I started remodeling my house and I barely finished the basement. Still have the rest of my house to work and because the store couldn’t fix $172 issue with my last purchase now I am Lowe’s customer. Thanks

The lady at checkout was a super great help with everything when I checked out. I believe her name was Icie. She was wonderful to chat with as I left the store. There really are still sweat ppl in the world.

I am relocating a chandelier in my dining room and installing a new garbage disposal so I was in search for somethings in the electrical department. I found everything except 1 item that was out of stock but Gil (I believe that was his name) helped us find a very similar item on the clearance endcap. He was very friendly and helpful.

I had to return an item and the girl could not have been more understing and helpful. I was impressed.

Before 7am on a Saturday morning, I met Virgil who was pleasant, engaged and best in class when it came to knowledge. He helped me identify exactly what I needed. What a great way to start the morning!

As Always I've never disappointed at shopping at home depot. I was not able to find what I need on the shelf. Online said they had 82 in store. I had asked William if he could get someone to help me because he was at self check out. He made a couple calls and was able to locate it a short distance away.

I recommend this store mainly because of the staff and pro desk. I shop at Home Depot because these people have made a real attempt to get to know me and make sure I'm taken care of when I come in. The staff at the pro desk all know me by name and know my business. They have always worked very hard to make sure I get what I need quickly and we all have fun while doing it.

I had bought a washer on 07/24 and was helped by a woman named Anita, I believe. She works back in the appliance section and was absolutely outstanding! She was one of the nicest individuals I have had the pleasure of speaking with. Above and beyond would be a drastic understatement. There were a few customers before me and she was very polite in asking if I didn't mind waiting a few minutes to be helped. I had my mind set on one specific washer and after asking a few questions she recommended a different one that better fit my needs. I live a couple blocks from a different home depot but will drive 15 more minutes from now on to go to this location instead. Great experience!

I don't know the associate name but however the lady that work in the garden center on the day shift, she's Asian descent. She's always exceptionally cordial and friendly the last 2 or 3 years I have shopped here for garden needs.

Greeter is always friendly and I'm able to find what I need either by helpful employees or constant organization.

Brenda Smitt did a fantastic job making us feel comfortable as we were going through the whole kitchen cabinet, counter, and sink process. She is very knowledgeable in her job.

Store always clean. My concern is the lack of stop signs at corners of parking lot when entering off of Michigan Ave or driving through headed West . Very dangerous.

Jerry from Electrical was very helpful! He went above and beyond especially for those not knowing what to buy. Very specific and professional! Thank you so much!

The store itself is similar to the store I usually shop at. It is the experience with the delivery that I am upset about. I went the the South Canton store because they had 4 of the product in stock. I made my purchase with the expectation that it would be delivered as I was told. It seems that somewhere along the way, my item was given/sold to another (???) I'm not sure. But the fact that I waited all day expecting deliver and no one made a call to let me know they were not coming. Raphael (South Canton)said that the delivery person said he could not reach anyone at my number. I don't believe they even tried to call. No one could tell me where my item was that was to be delivered but they would be getting a shipment on Sunday and would deliver it on Monday. My experience in spending $1600 has left me less that satisfied with Home Depot at this time.

I made an on line order but had to make a return for the color. This was a flooring item that was very heavy.. Not only did the store make this return extremely easy but I had help with the initial loading, then unloading my car and loading the new flooring back in to my car. I even had two employees walk up to me as I was loading the new flooring on to my cart that helped me, nether were from that department, just wonderful people. What a great experience. This is my store that I usually go to and have always had good service but this time it was so great I had to share it.

I have been shopping at this branch of Home Depot for well over ten years and I have never had a bad experience. Rarely did I not find the item I was looking for and the staff has always been professional and very helpful and friendly. A large competitor of H.D. recently moved into our area. I have shopped at this new store but I did not receive the personal assistance from the staff as I have been used to. I will continue to drive past the new competitor to ensure myself an enjoyable shopping experience at my tried-and-true local South Canton H.D.

Great store to go shopping and I finished remodeled my basement with your drywall’s in winter. I’m doing the flooring next month from Home Depot.

I especially like the manner in which the store associates assist you when you need assistance with locating something in the store, assisting with pick-up orders & their general sunny & good natured attitudes. My favorite place to shop is the Outdoor Department; everything is organized so it is easily seen & accessible. I get all my garden needs exclusively at Home Depot Canton.

ALL of the employees are very friendly and helpful. They were extremely knowledgeable as well. If you need help On any projects I would recommend talking to any of their helpful employees. Very impressed by the excellent customer service experience there.
