I always enjoy shopping at home depot. The store is always neat & clean, and the products are easy to find.

The associate who helped us in the appliance department, Denise H. was very knowledgable and helpful. She helped us get the products we wanted and assisted in all the paperwork in a very efficient, professional manner.

Store was clean, accociates were very helpful and were on hand to help assist. Flooring department "elle" i believe, helped out 100% would be visiting again soon.

This store continues to degrade. Aisles were more cluttered than usual. I had to walk out into the parking lot to get a dolly to carry plywood: none were to be found near the entrance. Here's an idea that Lowe's uses: always have at least 1 empty lumber cart inside the store near the lumber, when a customer takes that cart an employee replaces that cart with another empty cart. Also, there's no good reason other than inadequate manpower to have aisles cluttered with stock. It makes it difficult to get to the product that I want when a hilo is needed to move stock that is blocking racks.

Lance and A.J in tool rental are awesome! Very helpful and knowledgeable! I left worth my purchase feeling confident that I could get my job done!

The associate Mr. Berry was very helpful and made what could have been a really hassle of a shopping trip a very easy and enjoyable trip.

Shopping is a pleasure when the store is organized, well lit, has products in stock that are advertised and you DO NOT have to search for a store associate to help you. The whole purpose in shopping is two fold, either you are trying to get or hone ideas for a project you are working on, or secondly you have done your pre-shopping and are there to purchase the items that you need for the project as expeditiously as possible so you can get home and get started. In the first step time is not as much of an issue, but knowledgeable associates are you can assist you in the creative process. In the second step once again knowledgeable associates are necessary to point you in the correct direction, and products organized and in stock help you get out of the store quickly and the project started.

CONVENIENT TO ACCESS FOR NECESSICITY WITH VARIOUS OPTIONS.

I was very unhappy at this store when I was checking out the cashier told me and other that was in line that she was closed got her things at the checkout and walked off she did not call for someone to take over for her she just walked off. I asked a associate what was going on he told me I would have to push the cart I had with 42 -4x8x16 concrete solid blocks on it to the other end of the store to checkout I then would have had to push then all the way back to where I was parked. if I need anything more I will drive out of my way to get it then going back to this store

One particular associate, Neela, is always friendly, kind, and very helpful., whether it is in the garden sections or inside the store. She is greatly appreciated by me.

The items I needed were very easy to din and the sales associate (Demetria) was extremely helpful to me.

People in the garden center are always helpful and friendly. They always ask if I need help loading my purchase in my car.

This store is very different then the other location in Canton, and I am not yet sure if that is good or bad. For the most part, I feel like this store has a wider selection of items, but it is poorly laid out and organized. In particular, navigating the aisles is tricky because of the number of in-aisle displays (sometimes blocking things you would like to see). That being said, I have never had a visit to this store where I was not offered help at least twice, without having to ask for it and without having to wander around looking lost. Every associate I pass in this store seems willing to help. Often times, after explaining what I need to them, they will hand me off to someone else. At first, I was very perturbed by this, but after asking one of them about it I came to realize that they are simply making sure the most knowledgeable person helps me. Like most Home Depot stores, the Cash Register attendants here have high turnover. This can lead to a frustrating experience at checkout when they are unsure how to ring up a specialty piece of lumber or something missing a UPC code that they can't find in the system. At the time of my visit, the Head Cashier here was spot on with everything she had to deal with and was a pleasure to have assist us when we had trouble ringing out. Additionally (probably because of the location) this store has more items secured behind racks or in anti-theft devices. This is sometimes an additional nuisance at checkout (once I had a box that had been damaged so many times getting it opened at checkout it refused to open for the attendant with the special key. While this may seem like a minor point, there is another Home Depot in Canton and I am dead smack in between them. Given a choice for a smaller nuisance item like this, I will drive to the other one intentionally.

Chris in Garden and Amanda (cashier) were so helpful to us when we were purchasing a patio set. Chris went out of his way to assist us and helped us load it in the car. He was very personable and helpful. Amanda was so helpful in getting us help to begin with and then with checking us out and helping with a coupon we had. It was a great experience thanks to both of these employees.

The store was very clean and the associates was very helpful with helping me to check out quickly!

I especially was glad that your employee in the parking lot came up and helped me load the car. He then took the cart away and he was very polite.

Shopping after work for my backyard projects, and found everything I was looking for and then some extras of course! All of the sales associates were helpful (i couldnt find the hose I needed ) after checking out, an associate even helped me load my car! Nice shopping experience!

Sometimes I don't readily see an associate, but as soon as I do, they are always friendly and listen to me intently. I say listen intently because I "kinda know what I'm looking for, but don't' always know the proper name of the item. The associate listens enough to know precisely what I'm looking for. Then they assist me, often the associate will take me directly to the aisle of the item I'm looking to find.

Michelle was very friendly and very efficient in check ing me out.

The pro desk associate (salesperson #CDB659) was extremely informative, pleasant, patient and he made sure that I was getting a quote on all of the merchandise that I needed, as well as making sure that I was getting the appropriate materials for the job I am doing. Completely satisfied with this experience at the Pro Desk.

Employees seemed to know when to ask if you need help and when to leave you alone. Lots of employees around but didn't make me feel smothered. That is a plus! One suggestion about ceiling fans though. Dim the lights on the fans because when you're looking up at the displays to make a choice it can be blinding!

I found all the products I was looking for in quick time. A store associate helped me establish store credit as well. I was a very quick process.

Great service in the paint department. Was astonished at how quickly everything got mixed (13 gallons/3 different colors). If only the customers were as nice as the employees...( We let a lady go ahead of us that just needed a couple of quarts mixed, and didn't even get as much as a thank you from her....real nice!) Anyway, the staff was great, the store was clean, and the service prompt. Cannot ask for anything more.
