This store has improved it's customer relationship very impressively! Greeted when I entered plumbing department. Questions answered, and was atended to through out the whole process. Buying experience was exceptional... Not like some other stores. Thank-You HD!!!

This is the nearest store to where I live and I have been impressed consistently with the obvious knowledge about their area of the employees in each department (FAR beyond just being "sales persons!) as well as their friendliness and willingness to even show me where something can be found OUTSIDE of their department. Moreover, I have yet to encounter inferior quality with anything I have purchased here or had any issue if I had to return something (due to MY OWN error of a double order on-line or having bought the wrong size...). This is why HD is my go-to store for all of my DIY projects!

the store was clean. the sales person that helped me with the new purchase of my Maytag washer and dryer was not that informed and gave me information that was not accurate. The delivery people let me with a dryer that could not be connected but had no information to help me with what to do.... I luckily knew what needed to be done but it would have been nice to have had some help.. I do understand that it's not there responsibility to make sure it can be connected but I was disappointed I had a dryer that did not run.... associates where nice, found assistance and product was found at a good price

We were welcomed as soon as we walked in. Was directed right away to where we needed to go. An associate helped us immediately. We were in and out, and it was a pleasant visit.

The garden center here is always well stocked with all the merchandise being properly watered: to many garden centers neglect their plants.

My husband and I are loyal Home Depot customers. Kelly Machnack was the first associate to greet us. She has an effervescent smile, a sincere laugh, knowledge of items and their location, focused on positive customer relations; this location is close to us as well as the Ypsilanti site. The building is clean, aisles are easy to move through making it easy to find what we need. Self-check-out cashier (Jessica) was ready to assist if needed.

This location was well staffed. The two young ladies who helped me, one in the paint department and one in the bathroom tile department were friendly and knowledgeable. They told of their own experiences in home remodeling to help my project go a bit more smoothly. I will certainly return to this store.

This Home Depot location has lot for the neighbors. We bought all my appliances, gardening stuff, snow blower, curtain rods and accessories, Lawn movers and garbage bins etc. The store is very well organized. We used 6 months to 2 years interest free deals through them. The staff is very generous and helpful. I would recommend all the residents around this store and others from near by cities must try them. They keep the store clean and associates are very friendly and helpful.

Gabrielle checked me out and very extremely friendly and assisted me when my credit card wasn’t working. She turned a frustrating moment into a pleasant experience at this store.

This is the BEST HOME DEPOT by far. AWESOME staff friendly, honest I left $ 3 times when I asked for cash back and forgot to take it. ( oops ) I called and all 3 times the cashier at self check out turned it in. I live closer to the Ford RD one but drive here instead. Keep up the awesome work staff you guys and gals ROCK

The South Canton store is my favorite one in the area. It is always clean and well stocked. The staff is very friendly & knowledgeable. It's a great store.

Everyone is always willing and eager to help. Other stores should learn by their example. I go 15 miles out of my way just because of their customer service attitudes and the shorter wait time for assistance!

This store is always clean and well stocked and best of all the employees are eager to help and answer any questions you might have. If they dont know the answer they do not hesitate to find someone who can answer the question. This store makes it easy to shop!

I needed assistance and plumbing. Jim was there to help me out not once but twice. He gave me friendly advice and his expertise, to remedy a situation. I went home and failed, not because he gave bad advice, but because I didn't use the proper technique. I went back to the store and he fix the part I had broken at home free of charge, and gave me furthur direction to help me complete the job.

This location is usually one of the better home improvement stores that I go to. The staff are generally very helpful and the products are easy to find. I was, however, disappointed with my encounter with two of the younger female employees at the took locker in front of the tool section. They were engaged in a conversation about partying. When I approached and said "Excuse me" the one with her back to me turned to me scowling and blurted "Yes???". I replied "never mind" and went to another employee. While walking away heard one of them say "The nerve of these people, like they own us".

This store seems to have the most friendly individuals as employees which makes a big difference when shopping and searching for whatever you may need at that time. They always seem to have what I need at competitive pricing....and advice on anything you’re about to tackle.

I'm so pleased to do my home improvement shopping at this store in Canton, MI because it's close to home, the staff are generally friendly and helpful. I like the selection of products and the prices. Keep up the great job you all do and much success!

This store is the best and always asks if need help with anything. I like all the Home Depot stores but LOVE this store and the people who work there. I bet if I was to get cut I may bleed ORANGE because of this store. Thank you

The cashier was so funny and helpful. His name was Sabah. Also the young man that worked the paint department at 1 pm 2/23/18 was so wonderfully helpful and patient with me. I always get great service. That's why I only shop at homedepot.

This store has a huge amount of product, like most home improvement stores, but their service was excellent. Staff made it easy to find exactly what I was looking for right away, and not get lost hunting for it. I am excited to shop here again for future projects!

The store is well stocked and the employees are very friendly. A great experience every time I am there.
