I have shopped here now since moving to the area almost 2 years ago. Every experience has been very pleasant. I have yet to have a negative visit with any associate, and just to be clear, I do not know personally anyone at the store, though I wish my Daughter could become employed there! In all seriousness I have recommended this store to neighbors and friends and will continue to do so. In future visits I will begin noting associates by name for appreciation of their service. The store has always been very clean and locating items has been easy as well. It is however those times when I am not sure what I'm looking for that the associates have been on the spot to help. I am not sure of the training associates attend, but it would be in the company's best interest to keep it around for awhile. Respectfully, M. Jackson

will not use Home Depot for appliance purchase. Plumbing supplies ie.. Kohler faucets,toilet,tub,shower or tile.

I'm in this store sometimes twice a week. Store clerks are always friendly and helpful. I also bring my grandsons to the kids workshops the first Saturday each month. They have a great time!

Their garden department is always full of selection.

This is one of the first times I've been in this store that I had an okay experience. Normally I leave this location frustrated but this time wasn't horrible.The associates in the paint department were helpful and friendly but there weren't enough for the people needing help. In the appliance department I had to interrupt two associates talking to each other to ask a question. This isn't my favorite location but I've found as long as you go during off hours it's okay

Any time I have ever had a question regarding products, associates in this store have never let me down!

After waiting over 10 minutes to be helped in the paint dept, the associate helped someone who had just gotten there. The associate was not very helpful or sympathetic to how long we had to wait. There is usually an issue every time I go to this location.

the hickory home depot employees are very friendly. I would recommend shopping at the hickory va home depot over others in the area. great customer service.

Every associate (at least 7) that I saw in the store greeted me and asked me if I needed assistance. One associate insisted on taking me to a particular item I was looking for, even though I told him if he would just point me in the right direction I could find it myself. Everyone was pleasant and courteous. Check out was super fast, and a young man even loaded my mulch into my vehicle.

This store is a great place to shop and very convenient to get too!

Associate Jefferson Fowler was a great help to us when purchasing our new kitchen appliances. He's very knowledgable about the products that are on the market and he's also very easy going and doesn't pressure you.

We have purchased numerous lawn and garden equipment from Home Depot. Including Tillers, lawn mowers, weed eaters and have always been pleased with the value we received for our dollars.

We were in this store looking to purchase back slash to install in our kitchen. Very shortly after entering the department a very pleasant young lady named Paula approached and ask if we needed any help. Paula was so helpful looking for the additional items we needed and letting us know that another store nearby had the couple of pieces that her store was short of our needs. She was so helpful with several questions that we had about the installation. She gave us very helpful suggestions and advice. It was so refreshing to have an individual that actually knew about the products in their department, and was so friendly and helpful, Thank you Paula, for making our purchase so enjoyable. We look forward to taking you before and after pictures of our do-it yourself project.

This is the best Home Depot on the East Coast. The store is extremely clean, all the time. Sales associates are very kind, friendly and helpful every time I go in there. It's like a home away from home because of the kindness and respect received from all of the associates in this store. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this store.

A young man named Corey helped me with a return / exchange that consisted of helping me unload a truck, return the product for credit, get the correct product, and load it into the truck. Seamless and painless process. Very grateful he was there.

The store associate did a great job helping us with the lumber for our raised garden bed. He located it and put it on the cart. He did a superb job of measuring and cutting each piece and put them back on our cart. He then came outside and loaded all the heavy lumber in our car. He had a very pleasant personality and made our shopping very enjoyable.

Associates are always knowledgeable, store is clean and bright. I like doing home projects and getting materials from Home Depot.
