Bought a refrigerator. Two employees helpful and very knowledgeable. Same experience with previous purchases.

Order process was super easy

Way too much stuff cluttering the isles in the store, makes it feel junky and just unpleasant in general trying to navigate the store.

Products were simple sand and headlamps, but staff helped me locate both 5 people offered to help me load 50# bags of sand. Very pressed.

My husband sent me to store to get a particular saw blade I had the picture and website showed u had several I spent about 15 just trying to find the one he needed a employee approached me and I was so happy he offered service when I showed him what I needed he just said well they are all right here and pointed to the display that I had been looking thru Thus Home Depot usually has great friendly people so I was really disappointed so I just left

When looking for tool boxes good luck getting help for 1 they are scatters throughout the store so if you’re looking for a particular one they can’t point you in the right direction and secondly if online it says limited quantities see location they are not helpful on seeing if they have it in stock. They want you to search the store and if you don’t find it they will say they don’t have any without looking in their system.

This store is hit or miss with getting help from employees. I've been told many times they were short staffed. They are always have a help wanted sign out, but their hiring practices are horrible. I see new faces in this store all the time, which means the newbies do not know much about the store. HD needs to look into the management in this store.

I found the absolute best bargain for my new home, a beverage cooler. I’m moving out of state and was hesitant to purchase it as I would have to move it with me. I decided it was worth it and I’m so excited to use it in my new home.

The associates that work there treat you like a long friend, very polite, courteous and thankful

Anytime you need to DYI this is why you can get it done. Garden center is one of my favorites as well as lumber.

This is an easy store to get to, get what you need and get out. Doesn't have as much as some off the bigger stores but generally has what i need 98% of the time.

I'm disappointed every time I visit this store. The isles are continuously blocked by merchandise or employees standing around. The cashiers are the only professional employees in the store, the rest act like the customers are a burden. If there was another Home Improvement store anywhere close, that's where I'd go.

I’ve been going to the store since it opened and really go off course. Seems I spend more time there than I do at home ha ha! The staff there is fantastic. You’ll always get help most of the time you don’t need to look for it. They look for you may not always have everything I need. It’s a pleasure doing business with them.

I go to Home Depot a lot for the tool rentals the men working at the Hillcrest location are excellent. They are older, and have lots of experience with the tools and make sure the tools are in great shape each time I rent. . They are a great source of information. I’ve rented from other more convenient locations to my home. But the employees don’t care for the tools like the men at the Hillcrest location. And they have less experience so they don’t care for the tools at other locations as well. I will continue to go to Hillcrest. Employees are excellent

I enjoy grilling and the store maintains a good supply of Traeger seasonings and grilling supplies. We also installed some new storage shelving in our closet and were very pleased with the shelving suggested by the associate.

As a contractor I shop at every one depending on the job location. Its the best store by far for customer service.

We came in to purchase paint and we Helped with great service. Princess was helpful in choosing colors and mixing up all the paints we needed

Checked out the deck supplies, flooring, paint dept. and outdoor plants. Very helpful associates at every dept. Spent my allowance!

My wife and I were very impressed with how clean the store was. Bruce helped us find the things we were looking for that were in stock. He was very helpful. Another employee told us which store had what we were looking for in stock.

Associates are not very educated on key making machine. Second failed attempt at making a key. Either machine needs serviced or fixed, or associates cannot work the machine. I had to go to Taylors to get keys made

Rodney, Store Manager, keeps store well stocked and clean and pitches in to keep the place presentable

The people that work here are extremely knowledgeable and helpful and very friendly. I always have a good experience at the store.

Already knew what I was getting, by going on the website it told me exactly what aisle and bin it would be in!

The Hillcrest Homedepot has an excellent inventory and friendly, knowledgeable staff.
