I love Home Depot for their customer service and product availability.

We are so glad Home Depot is in our neighborhood and has so many products we use.

We received great service at the South Elgin store. The flooring and tile associates were fantastic to work with. They were not only helpful, but very knowledgable about their products.

The Home Depot, in South Elgin, is my first stop when looking for home and yard related items. The sales associates are always friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure my questions are answered and that I leave a satisfied customer.

Was greeted immediately as I entered the store by every single person that worked there. Received help at the paint desk and was offered suggestions that best helped with making decisions. Check out was a breeze!

Shawn was great in getting us through a complex and time consuming process to do initial design of kitchen cabinets and countertops. Then after measurements we had changes in sizes and the mix of cabinets. Again, Shawn got us through changes to complete a final design and product ordering. We were satisfied with the quality and prices. She was recommended by our contractor.

I was in the market to purchase new appliances. Went to Lowes and they agreed right away to give us the Military discount, but said I would have to either go online or call the store to purchase them for my Arizona home and it was questionable if we would get the military discount. We found ourselves at Home Depot shopping and I spoke with Cheryl in the appliance section. I asked her if I could get the military discount--yes; could she beat Lowes price--yes; could she order the appliances for my Arizona home--yes; could I get them delivered a month later--yes; how much was delivery--FREE...that was it, I said lets order! Then, she whipped through the order and we were done! Home Depot knows how to to do it!

The associate in Doors and Windows (David) answered all of my questions about the product and installation with knowledge and politeness. Very helpful and insightful. Thanks a Lot!

Garden associate Tim was absolutely great in helping me cure my garden bug issues. Offered solid advice beyond just a lot of chemicals. Will return for advice in the future without hesitation.

I was in an extreme hurry since I had over 200 flies in our home after returning from a long weekend and the 2 associates that helped me out were extremely fast and efficient with helping me pick out exactly what I needed for my situation. Mark Walradt and Amanda went out of their way to help me choose what to use and understood my sense of urgency. My girlfriend and I both appreciated their help a lot.

Found what I needed easily... store was clean and organized. I have several Home Depot stores near me and I prefer this location....staff is wonderful and I have never had any issues with purchases or returns.

the store is professionally ran with very helpful employees who seem to like working there which in return rubs off on the customers.

The store was clean and well stocked in the Lawn care department. All of the associates were friendly, attentive and helpful. I made two trips to the store on the same day and both of them were great. I love the quality of the flowers and plants I purchase from Home Depot. That's why I return year after year!

In garden center the associates are extremely helpful and curtious

Purchased flowers from garden center and had one without a price or UPC, associate was very helpfull and did everything he could to help us up until he needed help from his manager who would not answer his phone or page. Ended up getting help from service desk to complete our purchase.

Denise in floor and tile is the nicest, friendly and so helpful. She went out of her way in making sure we had everything we needed to retile our bathroom. Love her! Can really see she loves her job and you don't see that very often these days!

Love entering to win and let all know that this South Elgin Store has been a much more pleasant store to shop than many others we been at, this manager should train other stores. I don't think it is corporate, because there is so much difference in attitude between stores

Customer service was great!!! I was not very knowledgeable about the product type I needed but after talking to sales associate, my son and I chose a product that met our needs. This made my shopping experience easier and a positive one! Thanks again for great customer service and will definitely go there again :)

GARDEN ASSOCIATES ARE VERY HELPFUL ABOUT LOCATION OF THERE PRODUCTS AND KNOWLEDGABLE ABOUT WHICH PLANTS GO WHERE IN HOME LANDSCAPES. MY HOME HAS NEVER LOOKED SOOO GREAT !!! I CAN ALWAS FIND PRODUCTS AND ASSISTANCE AT THIS STORE. THANK-YOU
