I was looking for the window blinds to replace two at my house. The associate asked if I needed help and walked me to the area. He was very helpful and I'm sorry I did not get his name.

My hat is off to Phil Bonanno! He was very informed of the products and once I'd made my selection he provided some great wisdom. Initially I rejected insurance but he gave his opinion on the fact that since it was for a rental I may want to reconsider. He was both insightful and not pushy at all. He took the time to consider my situation and structured the deal that was best for me I really felt like he had my interest in mind. I would highly recommend Phil to anyone looking for appliances.

I have done business at this store since it opened. On one occasion (at about 6:00 PM) I wanted to purchase a pressure washer that was not available on the shelf but stored in an area that required a forklift to get. After speaking to 4 associates and a casher twice, who announced that assistance was needed no one answered. I left the store and purchased the product elsewhere. This matter was reported to the Store Manager the next day.

We shop almost daily for our large apartment complexes. The staff is always helpful in finding just the right products for the job. Checkout is always quick and friendly.

This store has what I am usually looking for whenever I go shopping there. The store associate are generally available and are always helpful. The store is always well stocked and is very clean.

We looked all over town for a new dishwasher. Home Depot had the best selection and prices. They made the entire purchase easy for us. They blew their competitors out of the water with their service, knowledge and price.

Employees are generally somewhat familiar with the types of items I normally purchase though, not as much as they were at the local ACE Hardware before Home Depot put them out of business when they moved into South Huntsville. The selection of weekend warrior items is exceptional, but items such as fasteners, adhesives, safety products, PPE, and such are not offered or if they are in very limited selections. With no local small business to provide these items; I'm daily ordering from McMaster Carr Supply which is not bad since they provide next day shipments if ordered by 3 p.m. Eastern Time. Most homeowners will find what they need at this store and overall, that is what they are in business to do. Sometimes, I wonder if Home Depot understands they are in a small city of 30,000 professional engineers, architects, and scientists since they seem to not cover items commonly used by these professionals.

The store manager should be fired for putting an untrained cashier on duty. She made me go back to the shelf twice (once for the price and then to get the squ #) so she could continue the check out process because she did no know how to look the product up in the computer. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE..... No need to worry, I will never set foot in that store again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been all over the world, and been to hardware stores in places like Germany, Italy and even Japan. I had missed the states when overseas. Having just retired from the military, I bought a house, and began the process of trying to fill it with my own furniture. I decided that all of the book shelves and related items would be made/built by me. Home Depot was my third stop asking around for both advice and tools. I started by getting the basics for cutting wood, and then realizing how easy it was, I started having Home Depot cut the wood themselves. So far, 2 projects down, 14 projected ones to go.

The store was clean. I had no problem finding what I was after. The check out was quick and clean.

I shop at this location on a regular basis. The staff is always helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I will keep coming back.

Associates were friendly and helpful, although I was in search of specific name brand items which I found out had been replaced with the Home Depot Brand (water filters). The name brand was not available, and the Home Depot Brand (HTC) was quite difficult to match up to the Whirlpool brand model I needed.

I went in liking for a couple of specific items and had no trouble finding them. Every associate I encountered was very friendly and asking if I needed any help, that means a lot to me. I know on future visits I will be taken care of. Way to go Team Home Depot!!! Date of visit : 10-03-15

A grand variety of outdoor and indoor plants to pick from. I was approached by multiple associates asking if I needed assistance.

Being a handyman, I am usually in the store at least once a day and I have been complacent in doing a review of this store. The store associates are very helpful and always friendly. I am on a first name basis with majority of the associates that wait on me and that makes my visits enjoyable. This store is always my first stop. I don't shop all departments each visit, but, I always look for "my" cashier Sandra. Always smiling, always courteous and always asking me if I gotten everything. However, this type of service is just the norm for all the cashiers and associates in the store.
