Went on hunting parts for a grill or a new grill. Young man came up and asked if he could help. Also Shannon was excellent. Even helped us load into vehicle.

Nancy did an outstanding job at checkout in the lumber section. As a veteran, I appreciate her enthusiastic attitude toward veterans and it is obvious that she loves her job and interacting with people!

The lady in the electrical department named Joelle was very helpful and sweet. She helped me find the right extension cord that I needed for my lamp that I was also purchasing from Home Depot. Jasmine in the lawn and garden department was very sweet. She was helpful. Jasmine noticed a small hairline crack on the ceramic flower/house plant pot that I fell in love with and wanted. She was kind enough to give me a small discount on the flower pot. That was wonderful!

I love plants. This Home Depot has an excellent selection of garden plants. The Black Elephant Ear Plants are beautiful. The begonias are gorgeous. The English Ivy houseplants are so beautiful. The containers and pots are absolutely beautiful. The ceramic white glazed pots are breath-takingly beautiful. All the garden plants are well-cared for and healthy looking. They each have a strong root system. Also the plants are bug free and no diseases.

We do not have access to a Home Depot in our County so we are forced to go to other stores. We made a special trip to Huntsville because we needed a new super charger for our Ryobi tools. We were pleasently surprised to learn there were some sales going on for products on our wish list. I am handicapped and store associates went out of their way to help find what we needed. Great experience, saved some money, and crossed off items on the wish list. We wish you were located closer.

This is a great store, the employees are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I like shopping here. The store is clean and keeps many things I need in stock.

There were plenty of employees all over the store and no one offered to help us at any point in the store until we went to leave and the man out front in the loading dock asked if he could help us load the cabinets we purchased. The cashier was very unfriendly and ended up ringing up one of our cabinets twice and never acknowledged it until we came back in to get refunded for the item we purchased and didn’t want.

The friendly staff and cleanliness of the store was great. Also, the product I was looking for was there.

The South Parkway Home Depot is organized, neat, and the staff is helpful and informed. This makes my experience pleasurable.

Normally I would say this store is my favorite one I’ve been too, and I’ve lived all over the US. The people are awesome. However, today I picked up my mower following some “warrenty” work. In less than 18 months the EGO mower would not start. I was required to pay $19 to drop it off. Told I would get a refund when I picked it. When O picked it up I was charged an additional $17, $36 in total. Apparently they replaced the blade. I did not ask for a blade replacement. The blade was $16 and rest was a $20 charge for someone to undue one bolt to replace the blade. My options were walk away and forget the poorly designed mower, have them take the new blade off, or pay the $17. I don’t think the process was completely honest. Not saying it was all HD’s fault, but Bob and Briana did not offer an acceptable option. I don’t think they really cared. Bottom line, store is awesome, except for today. And NEVER buy an EGO Lawn Mower. Under powered, brakes down quick, and local service is no where to be found.

I would like to shout out to Erica and Trisha (svc desk) for helping us with our Store pickup. We drove 3 hrs to find the shower pan we wanted. They both made sure that the one we got was not defective. Their service was friendly, cheerful and patient. I wish the people at the Jackson TN store were that friendly and available to help. Kudos to both from us

If you want to leave the store totally satisfied, come shop at this store. You will be greeted, asked for assistance, and taken to the right location and given expert advice. If you are eligible for discounts, such as I, military, be sure to inform them. Last, if its wrong, refunds are w/o hassle.

I just moved here from Scottsdale AZ and love this store because the employees are all so helpful and friendly and they make me feel like a special customer. No long lines at this home depot either. Highly recommend!

Excellent service!!!!!!!! Friendly employees and they are helpful. Love this HOME DEPOT. I love shopping here. The store was clean. The houseplants are beautiful. The plant pots are gorgeous! I love to shop at this store. I received the best service. From needing help to find a light bulb for a lamp that was a gift from my mother to ordering an accent table. The two employees that helped me on both trips went above and beyond.

I found what I needed on February 24, 2021, Got great assistance from Jay loading heavy cinder blocks and pavers onto my cart in the store and from Jay (same Jay) and Durell loading it into my car, Kayla was very efficient and diligent at the cash register when she looked up prices (no bar codes on cinder blocks and pavers) because she asked me to verify the prices she pulled up on her screen. Javonne brought a broom and helped brush clean the dust off the cinder blocks and pavers. All these kids were polite, friendly, efficient, happy, and kind! They made my trip easy and I enjoyed their company.

Sean and Jeff in the equipment rental area are particularly helpful.

Great service and people

Very courteous and professional staff. I highly recommend both the South Parkway and North Parkway locations. The management team must do an excellent job training and setting the staff expectations.

I have decided to make this Home Depot my "go to" store. It is very clean and people are helpful. I'll just have to shop some more to learn the layout better. Even when I didn't know where something was, a salesperson would offer to help me....even walk me there if I needed it!!

Your associate Bud was particularly helpful. The only problem we had was that there were no 36" range hoods in stock.

Friendly staff. Well stocked and clean, but an alarming and unacceptable level of non-compliance of enforcing customers to wear a face (mouth AND nose) covering as is mandated at all entrances. About 20% of customers had NO mask at all, or mask pulled under-nose during one of the most deadly surges of COVID 19 infections in Alabama. Staff were indifferent or non-willing to enforce mask compliance when I asked about the policies. I can not shop here because the risk of contracting COVID is too high--brought on by a selfish, ignorant, defiant, and reckless percentage of customers.
