Great store very clean and everyone was very helpful I was in and out quick

There was only one cashier for the whole store and 14 unhelpful associates standing around doing nothing. It took 45 minutes to check out. I will never return to that store.

Phil Bonanno is the person you want to do business with. Very knowledgeable and does not force anything on you. He helps you before the sale, during the sale, and afterwards. Great sales rep!

I was happy with the product selection, ease of finding what I wanted, and the very efficienct checkout.

Went in with an idea in my head for a project but no specifics. Found exactly what I saw in my vision and the price was way below what I expected.

Went in looking for one thing and was so surprised at the low price of a compound miter saw, I ended up purchasing it on the spot!

I (My wife and I) have been a frequent shopper of this location for 8 years. I've never had a problem receiving help from an Associate, who are always eager to help. I've used the paint mixing desk quite frequently in renovations. They have never failed to mix the colors to perfection, even with a "recipe" to match colors four years old. I appreciate the amazing service in the flooring department...particularly Tammy who has helped my family save a great deal of money on flooring that meets our needs. The once a month kids workshop is stellar. We have ordered online and had many items delivered to this store without failure or complication. We have order many times online and picked up large amounts of items here as well (Landscaping products). Everything was ready and in perfect order each time. We are completely satisfied with our dealings with this Home Depot. It is one of our favorite places to shop.

Wide variety of faucets to choose from, reasonably priced. Found a Pfisher model that works GREAT.

I purchased a piece of lumber to make a shelf for my wife. The associate was friendly and made three cuts of the lumber for me. I do not have a circular saw , so this was extremely helpful! He answered questions that were not lumber related and was genuinely a friendly guy. I will be back!

I went to my local Home Depot to price a Gas Lawn Mower & Exited with RYOBI 40V Electric Cordless 20" Lawn Mower. When I used my Home Depot Credit Card the before tax price rolled-back nearly $20. Making the total price a True Bargain for a 20" Lawn Mower!

I always find myself returning to the South Parkway Home Depot. I have had a few bad runs with stuff that I bought but the associate experience has always been great! More than anything I resonate with the Flag flown out front!

I was researching carpeting to redo a home I have for sale, so I went to Home Depot to see what I could find. Not only did I find the right carpet for the right price, but I had the assistance of a Sales Associate, Tammie, who made the whole process remarkably easy. She was professional and knowledgeable about the product line. Overall, I am extremely happy with not only my choice, but the assistance I received in reaching that goal.

I was very disappointed with the service I received at The South Parkway location of Home Depot. This is not the quality of service I am accustomed to from Home Depot. I was needing to purchase several pieces of lumber and a 94 pound bag of concrete. The lumber selection consisted of a few okay pieces and the rest was returned lumber. Obviously returned due to warping and twisting, some of the lumber even had mud/dirt on it. I hand loaded my own vehicle including the heavy bag of concrete they were nice enough to set by the exit for me. No sign of a loader or help to be found.
