The employees at this store are very helpful and go out of their way to assist me.

Associate was very helpful and had plenty of information about the different brands. Was a big help in making a purchase.

This store and its staff is wonderful! I can walk down any aisle and be asked if I need any help. They don't mind stopping what they are doing to come and assist you in finding or loading any materials. Overall great experience shopping there... I would highly recommend this store to anyone!

Purchased the Airport grade blacktop sealer, there were plenty available.

I felt the store was very clean and nicely laid out. I do not like the trend of having self check outs and no actual cashiers. We need to employ people not machines.

I should have saved my time and went to Home Depot first for Hardware selection, but I gave the others guys a chance to compete for selection and price. The result was a poor selection and higher prices. I should have saved my time, money and frustration, and in the beginning just trusted Home Depot.

Checkout experience in garden area was horrible. Clerk was terribly rude and did not care one bit about customer service. Packed my plants in same bag as spray paint. You can imagiine how that turned out. Other employees in the garden area were nice, polite, offered help. It was only the check out clerk.

The store was clean and neat. The door greeter directed me to the items I needed. The cashier asked if I was ready to check out as I was heading for the checkout. Very pleasant experience.

Workers are very helpful and courteous. When you have a problem they help you solve it.

All Employees are totally Customer Service minded. Associates are right there when I have a question. With the economy the way it is, Customer Service has become a most important aspect of retail sales. I always remember being told in my past positions, that those who come in contact with the Public are the most important people for a company. A person can always "go across the street" and buy the same products that this store sells, but this store practices excellent Customer Service. Thank You for all of the Home Care tips that I have received from your store.

If you love gardening, this is a great place. Associates are all very nice, helpful. They make every effort to help you find what you need. HD carries many new and standard products and has some great deals on plants - makes you wanna go "play in the dirt!" :-)

easy to shop products easy to locate the restrooms are always clean and smell clean. store make it easy for me to get around because I use a walking cane.

I went to get some pressure treat lumber and plumbing supplies. Found some great looking 4x4 x 8ft post. Then went and got a P trap for under a sink. No problems finding anything and the store was clean. Check out was fast.

I was installing lighting in my shop extension with switches at each of two entries. All required items were available with many options. Everybody was friendly and ready to help. Turns out I am in the store so often, taht I didn't need any help finding what I needed.

As a contractor I shop in all the Home Depots in Huntsville since my job takes me to different areas around town. The staff has always been very helpful and easy to work with. Its easy to get in and out quickly.

It was easy to find everything I needed for my basement remodel, when I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for the employees were very knowledgable in helping me locate what I needed and even had tips as to how to intstall them.

My husband and I enjoy weekly date nights at The Home Depot as we plan and source the building our first home. The employees are knowledgeable and helpful without being overbearing. My only recommendation would be a restaurant on-site to complete our date! Maybe one day...

The associate that helped me when I was purchasing building materials and needed the wood cut was very attentive. He was working on something else, but he stopped what he was doing to assist me and he instructed me that he the cut could must be a minimum of 12" for safety reasons. He was very nice and the store was clean and organized. It was after 7 pm on and the lady that checked me out was just as nice and friendly and the associate that cut the wood for me. I would recommend the store to anyone looking for a great experience in retail.

In and out fast, no problem. Associates were east to find, helpful and knowledgeable. I only had to wait a couple of minutes for someone who could us the saw to come and cut a piece of wood for me. Checkout was fast and straightforward. Home Depot in general and this store in particular continue to improve their customer experience.

I came into the store with a paint can and walked out with the perfect color. The price of the paint is great also.

Customer Service helping me find the best product, financing and installation techniques has made me a devoted customer to this amazing Home Depot Store. I felt like I was in a customer service dream from the moment I arrived. I was to greeted in the parking lot by an arriving employee, smiled at from the front door associated and asked if I needed any help or direction for my purchases and then amazing assisted without a wait by flooring associates making sure I had every tool, product and informational tips to install by new fantastically priced flooring which is conveniently on will call until I need to pick up. I am really pleased and will continue to recommend highly Home Depot with its great customer service and products.

The associates were very helpful in showing us where things were. They also helped pick out 2 x4s and sheetrock and helped load it all. Made the trip a lot easier. Now if only we could have brought them and the fork lift home to unload it!

As soon as i walk in the door someone greets me and ready to help locate what I'm looking for. They're helpful without being annoying. Once I'm in a department and happen to need assistance, there's usually someone within an aisle or two that is happy is happy to help.
