I'm so happy with my new Cub cadet ZT1-42 ultima mower. Thank you 6324 for helping me with my purchase. Knowledgeable ASM Kenny explained all of the features of this mower and how to care for it. Specialist Michelle in flooring took care of the sale and delivery setup, and she helped fix an issue I had with my PRO extra account. Gean in deliveries for making sure it was staged, secured, and ready for pick up. Thank you for all of your help and I will be back to this location to shop again!!!

I went to home depot looking for Christmas deals and was bummed that they were out of the Dewalt battery starter kit with one free tool. Garrett from power tools came over and asked if I needed help - I told him I was looking for the battery starter set. He said there was one left and took me over to the aisle and went up the ladder to get the last one for me. He asked if I needed anything else - I told him I was looking for the Band Saw as the free tool but did not see any on the shelf. He took me down another aisle, went up the ladder again and got the last band saw for me. WOW! He's the Man! Garrett could have easily told me they were out of stock, but he went out of his way and put forth the extra work to make sure I got what I was looking for. GREAT JOB - Garrett!

I don’t use seemless checkouts and prefer human contact. Wish their were more older style checkouts. Would also prefer not to be redirected as has happened in the past unless there is a reason. Employees are all very helpful when you ask them a question and they know their stuff. I’m always recommending Home Depot over other hardwarestores because the people know their selections and store layout. I have had employees smile and say hello first which is nice but, rare.i love the Home Depot Store APP. And friendliness when it happens, just seems rare most times.

The wait for curbside pickup was very short. The employee named Rachel was very nice and very helpful.
