I was greeted by an associate upon entering the store. On my way to the paint aisle, a friendly young man asked if I needed help and accompanied me to the aisle and made a recommendation as to which product I should purchase.

After damaging my mailbox, I needed to find a replacement piece. I googled the part and found the image. I was able to show the image to an associate, who quickly gave me the aisle number where I could find the part. Easy Peasy!!

Store is well organized, clean and well lit. Associates are very knowledgable and very helpful

I had went online today to get imformation on home depot.com vanity sinks faucet. The number for store was easy to find. Some web sites you have to dig for minutes to find the store number. I spoke with Howard in plumbing and asked how to measure for a sink vanity faucet. He assited me with that which I really appreciated. Having my imformation I headed to the store. Home depot associate assited me in plumging department. Faucet taken to service desk and asked for installation also which the Associate put in request. I appreciate all their excellent customer service today. I'd like to see huge birdbath in front the store. The birds were crying for water. It was 100 degrees today. It would also be pretty out there.

Pro service desk Ladies are the best! Kevin is very friendly and helpful.Tyra at checkout is always pleasant and helpful. Connie in garden and Brandon in electrical are always there for me when I have questions. Howard in Kitchens is my go-to Kitchen designer. Jenny in paint. Josh in hardware. Quinton in plumbing. Home thermostat went bad on one the hottest days of the year. Was able to get exactly what I needed & at a great price to get the cool air back on at my home.

I had no problem finding all the things that I needed, the store layout is very good. Very easy to navagate.

One thing I like is that you can find if your item is in stock on the Internet and know exactly what isle and bin it is in. This makes my short trips to Home Depot real fast and easy.

The asociates were very helpful and very friendly. Associates went out of their way to help us find exactly what we wanted and to answer all of our questions. It was great.

Bought a new shed recently and had nothing but a good experience at Home Depot. Frank and David were kind, helpful and answered all my questions. They even helped load the shed into my car. I had accidentally drove off and left my mother's walker laying on the ground and had to go back. My cashier, Joan, had saved the walker for me and I was able to get it back when I returned. Awesome customer service!

Products easy to locate, and associte very helpful in answering questions

I would like to point out two employees who went above and beyond their normal duties to help me with my purchase and loading my car. They had to take it apart to fit in my vehicle. They were very hard working, polite, professional, and determined to see me satisfied. This was the BEST customer service I have ever received. The two employees were Carmello and Jacob R. I wish their were more employees like this in retail. Thanks very much...

Paint associate was very knowledgeable and efficient. Department was crowded & busy, but she spotted the paint cap with specs in my hand, quickly asked if I just needed another 5-gal of the same paint, took off and managed to fill my order quickly--and assist others without missing a beat. Then stopped me to make sure I had rebate forms. Associates striving for efficiency often come off a bit rude. Not here.

The sales associate should acknowledge the other customers that come into the paint area, even if it is to just say hello. Speaking can determine if that other customer will purchase something from your store or not.

Love the selection of flowers. However we always use the HD propane kiosk and this would not work...so of course one my husband went in to ask, he received two different answers from to different. Associates. And had to pay inside. Kind of incovient if you have an outside pay kiosk and it not work!

I had trouble with a correct price on the stone pavers I was trying to purchase. no associate to help with this problem. we took it upon ourselves to get the bar code and product description. Upon return the cashier had multiple customers and was unwilling to help us until those customers were taken care of . problem was, the line kept growing. Very frustrating after all the leg work is done to get a correct price.

I was puzzled about choosing a paint product, but the associate showed great knowledge and patience. Also we needed help with a product on display and another associate helped us through that process, actually authorizing a discount.

Shopping at this location is always very efficient. A quick in and out stop, where I find everything that I need.

I was exceedingly pleased with the response I received from Bruce Sutcliffe, Department Manager, when I approached him and asked if he could "save me from walking around the whole store" to find a product I was interested in. He said just follow me and led me into the lighting department to the "rope lights" I was interested in. He showed me the different types, sizes, etc. When I said I needed to remeasure at home as the lengths were different from the ones we have, he offered to print out the selections available so that I could bring the sheets home to study! What great service. It was especially appreciated after 3 associates of a competitor had just flapped their arms and said if I couldn't find any on Isle #4, then they didn't have them! No way to treat a customer! Thanks Bruce Sutcliffe for your service.

Linda, Stephon and Joan were all very helpful. Went in for a specific item and found another saving me a trip to electronic store.
