The customer service here is amazing, they’re very friendly & happy to assist you with anything you need. Just ask! Here, they greet you as soon as you walk in. Mr. Fox made my shopping experience smooth and quick. He made sure I got what I needed. I’d come back again! Cammie was also sweet.

Two customer services employees approached me with a smile when asking me if there was anything that they could help me with. I was happy to see associates on the floor to assist me and one was a department manager surprisingly.

I use to loathe shopping at HD. Today I asked a random employee to help me. He was fantastic helping me with key machine. He was customer friendly. Didn’t say he worked on another Dept. Had a fantastic attitude. I thought he almost walked water

My experience today with Clinton that works at home depot in Chester was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and took in consideration of my budget.

I am an older customer and appreciate that you carry lawn items like weeding sprays in containers that I can handle. I also like your sales people because they are always willing to help me if I have a question.

The manager, Fox, and his entire team of specialists and associates made my big shopping haul a wonderful experience. They helped me with exceptional knowledge, willingness, and courtesy. I’m super thankful to have a nearby Home Depot which is staffed by such great individuals.

I encountered an issue with a previous purchase from a different day and had to return to the store. Upon my return Claudia and Carmello did everything they could to rectify my problem. They were amazing and after that visit I had what I needed to redo my office! I was a little worked up and I left there laughing. They were so pleasant and personable.

Every time I visit this locations I ask for Fox, top notch customer service and hilarious! the entire staff here are great! all have a sense of humor and in this day and age its needed!

I purchase 2 beautiful Rocking chairs from Home Deport. The chairs are high quality with a beautiful finish. One of the chairs needed to be repaired a bit. It was fixed on the spot to ensure my satisfaction as a customer. The chairs are comfortable and feel good on my back. You don't need a pillow. Shopping was a pleasure. I will certainly recommend this store to my friends and family.

Inventory Team and Inventory Manager show no respect for customers or anyone during inventory in the aisles. I’ve grown up in this Home Depot and have always had a nice experience. But was assaulted and laughed at and had no one stood up for me and family.

Started a project of converting a garage and breezeway into a small apartment. This was quite the mental undertaking for a single woman. Home Depot has proven to be the answer time and time again when I was sent to purchase materials.
