I recently purchased all my materials needed for a fence job at this Home Depot, they not only already had the cheapest prices in town for pickets & lumber, but I also saved hundreds of dollars unexpectedly with my Home Depot pro account. I was assisted in loading my material & I couldn’t be happier with this trip to Home Depot!

I had a return and the young man was so helpful. And the young lady that was working at self checkout was so helpful. The young man that help me find the ring doorbell was very quick service.

Nic from the plumbing section was super nice in listening to my weird descriptions regarding my bathroom remodel concerns and questions while patiently helping me retrieve the right parts.

Cashiers are friendly, getting help is impossible. If you do find someone, eye rolls & impatience is what is waiting for you. I am a DIY guy but have abandoned hope for help in this store. I use the Makita battery powered tools & this is the only locally place to get accessories or replacement expendable parts like blades or batteries. Im headed online from now on. After 3 or 4 attempts I give up on these people.

We purchased a professional refrigerator and even though they did not have it in stock, they were extremely helpful in ordering it for us and getting it delivered in a timely manner.

Poor customer service: At no time did an agent approach me in the store. I had to walk around and search for someone to talk to. I've waited for a WEEK for a call to schedule a home visit to "measure the job". The call was promised for 24 - 72 hours. And, by the way - - - I will be demanding a refund of the $40 fee I had to pay to get the 'measurement' done!

Katherine worked with me to find the perfect color. She was patient and knowledgeable. I will come back to this Home Depot because of her.

I like this store. Handyman’s place.

Friendly, always helpful anything you want

If you plan on visiting this location hopefully you don’t need any help because the employees will try to come up with all kinds of excuses to not do their job.

Bought a mini fridge and had no help getting it off a 6 foot high shelve Good thing I am a fit 78 year old

This store rocks when you look at their employee morale and culture. Everyone is so well trained and always with a smile, going the extra step. Big shout out to Matt, Tiphanie, and Kaitlyn in customer service. This store has empowered all of their employees to be successful and admired.

I was converting a micro-drip irrigation system to my landscaping and chose Home Depot for supplies. From the time I entered the store to checking out, the staff was helpful and friendly. I found all the items I needed except for one which an employee helped me find online and I easily ordered it. That item came on time as promised. Highly satisfied with my experience at this store. Would recommend to anyone doing a DIY project.

The Pro desk at this store are the best of all stores, starting with Troy. The effort he puts to take care of contractors is great. My favorite store for sure.

It took an hour and five people to tell me that they couldn’t deliver a riding lawnmower in the time frame that the first employee said they could. It took two managers to figure out that they couldn’t. This was after I had already paid for the purchase. They did refund my money but not the point.

Home depot is a good company. However, my experience at 71st Street store was horrible. There were very few associates. Could not find anyone to help and when I found someone, they were not willing to help. Wasted my one hour. I placed order online and recieved a call that product is not available. I told the associate that literally I saw the product yesterday and told him the location and he was like I am sorry. I have found it. So I have to tell him where to look for products in his store. Haha.Go to some other location.

You have an amazing customer service and Tiphanie was very helpful I didn’t catch the other lady that was working with her at the time, but she was very helpful too. I was greeted immediately upon entering the store, and was kindly directed to the aisle I was looking for (I had my item pulled up in the HD app). After realizing I had follow up questions, one of the nicest ladies I have ever had the pleasure of speaking to made time-saving recommendations on an additional couple of items that made my bathtub drain pipe drama finally CEASE! I wish I could remember her name, but I will never forget her service! I will be back!

I've wrote 2 messages, hoping you can find Em. The manager that had assisted me was exceptionally helpful. I called every home depot in Tulsa and did not get half of the amount of help kindness that he had given me. I buy tons of things and customer service is a very big thing that makes me buy or not. Buy things from a company. And you'll need to give that man a raise. He is a very good employee to y'all i could tell it was not just about the company, but helping the customer and that is highly appreciated to me i live an hour and 30 mins from there so this was my first experience with him, and it was amazing

I cannot remember a time when I had a more pleasant shopping experience up to and including checking out. My cashier was patient w/me regarding my coupons and explained everything so well. She was AMAZING! along with all the other employees.

We were looking around and each employee we asked a question of was happy to provide an answer or suggestion. They were friendly and happy to help.

I purchased a security door and had Home Depot to install the door. They sent contractor who did not installed the security door properly. Spoke to manager few time and she did not help at all to resolve the issue and then I was told to get the door fix from someone else and Home Depot will refund $100. I got the security door fixed but still haven’t seen the refund yet. Horrible service, I would never buy anything from Home Depot.
