Is that made a mistake mixing the paint color I requested. Had to pay painter hundreds of dollars to remedy. They will not even refund or replace for the correct paint. Showed a photo of my paint sticker. " "Silver cloud". They mix the paint to "silver clouds". I understand people make mistakes. But not owning up to it I'm making up but at least replacing the paint.

I bought two bags of grass seed. The grass grows fast and looks great.

Looking for an item in this store is the best shopping experience I've had in a very long while. I was greeted upon entering this Home Depot on Southside Blvd, and told where I could find the item. When I arrived at said location another employee named Lillian, help me find the item with a great smile and one of the most happy attitudes I have seen. Thank you Lillian for making this old man's day!

I go out of conv I shop this store because it’s convenient. Employees could care less. I returned a reciprocating saw a few years back for warranty on the trigger. The woman accused me of stealing it even though my credit card by Home Depot says different. I ended the argument by leaving my saw and told her I would not buy a tool from them again. So yes I shop there but HATE it.

I went in to match a paint color and the employee's there noticed I was struggling and stepped in to help immediately. Super helpful and got me EXACTLY what I needed. Also at check out and the plant section everyone has always been friendly every time I shop here.

I set an install for a water heater 8-12. At 11:30 I called and they said no part and did not call. Set second appointment 8-12 and called at 11:30 and they said there was no appointment. They tried to set a third, but I cancelled the contract. Will never use Home Depot installation again.

Southside location is out of my way. Many employees to help me without searching for someone. Always a pleasure shopping there.

My wife and I went to this Home Depot to look for a washer and dryer for our new home and found what we thought would suit us. Wesley Johnson was there to answer our questions, go online and get more information for us and all in all took very good care of us during our time in the store. He made sure that all our questions were answered and that whatever discounts were available to us, we got.

9 times out of 10 Home Depot has exactly what I am shopping for.

I was impressed that I did not have to wait or search for a sales person for help. Was looking for a refrigerator and Ron was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with all my questions. Will definitely consult them again for my next appliance need.

The Home Depot sales representative was NOT knowledgeable about Home Depot’s delivery options. My delivery experience was NOT as described by the sales representative. Everything that was explained to me about the delivery process DID NOT happen.

We had to buy a new clothes dryer. Researched what was the best one to get. Also researched who had the best pricing and other aligned offers. It was Home Depot. I want in ready to buy and get out quickly. We did. I wanted to avoid the unexpected. Well the unexpected occurred anyway in the form of about the best home store experience I've ever had. The salesperson, Larry, in the appliance area was fantastic. Friendly, inviting, patient, knowledgeable, etc. I cannot say enough. When a tiny hiccup occurred on the new credit card opening discount he handled swiftly at the Customer Service desk with us. He fellow employer, Stephen, was great as well. Never really had an experience like that one before shopping for an item such as that. Thank you Larry and Stephen. I don't want to buy another dryer anytime soon but if I have to I know where I'd go back to in a second.

Brandon in the paint dept was very knowledgeable and showed excellent customer service skills when we made our first purchase at this store, 6 gallons of paint. Recently purchased home so shopped flooring products. Shaun and Rob C. are very knowledgeable and helped us better understand our options for flooring. Also, mentioned our great experience and these 3 employees to Amanda (Manager) on the way out.

I ordered fire logs for delivery yesterday as it was supposed to be down in the 20's and instead of delivery to my door they left it by my mailbox which is 260 feet from my house. The picture they took shows it by my mailbox but the product is not there. When talking with the home depot they tell me nothing can be done and I need to contact my bank and dispute the purchase. Bottom line is i don't have the delivery and have to spend extra time to contact my bank. Thanks home depot for caring about your customer

I really like this Home Depot store. The people make the difference. I drive past competitors stores to get to this location. Prices are good, selection is good, and the quality is ALWAYS good. And the people are not only helpful, but very friendly. They all seem very eager to make sure the customer is satisfied.
