Daniel greeted us in the parking lot since he saw us looking at the mulch and asked us if he could help. I mentioned I would love to do rocks instead of mulch and he let us know it was on sale and where it was located in the store. We went and saw there were 10 bags left so a young gentleman, Ali came over and he grabbed 14 more bags for us from the back. He came to the register with us and then outside we were greeted by Daniel & Lee who helped us load the car! You have AWESOME employees!! Thank you!

Was helped and store associate went above and beyond to assist me.

The employees were so nice, especially Mr. Keith in painting department. I had absolutely no ideas of what tools I needed or basically anything. He was so helpful and kind. I found everything I needed to re-paint my chair!

If you ask about a product not only the employees tell you where to find it but they also walk you

The store is small and appears somewhat cluttered but the inventory seems adequate. Employees are readily available which is a big plus.

When I scheduled my flooring measurement they said the installers come in very quickly after. At the measurement he said next day. After I've paid my $35 for a measurement all of a sudden it will take 2-4 weeks. What a giant waste of my time!

While the parking can be a little bit crowded, the store is laid out in an efficient manner and it is easy to find everything you need. There are always staff around to help you find the right item or make suggestions. I use the pick up counter close to the entrance for a fast pick up of items I've ordered on line but ship to the store to save on shipping costs. Everything is always in stock and the sale items are great!

Breanna is the best customer service person they have! The paint service is kind and knowledgeable!

I really like this Home Depot located in Jacksonville. The employees here are very friendly, courteous, helpful and really extend an extra hand in serving the customer. I can't think of a time that I ever had a bad situation within this Home Depot, especially the Garden Center and I the customer service desk. I mean, everyone has a problem with the customer service desk in any store, but they do their very best in getting the customer taken care of and shortest time possible. I have a lot of people to thank for their service, but can't think of everyone's name but I know they work in the customer service, garden area and the cashiers. I know there are others who their jobs well, but the most contacts I've been having is with these people, but have needed help in the electrical, hardware and other areas. I think of this Home Depot as the number one big store in Jacksonville, FL.

I think that too much help is annoying but when you look for someone they turn around and disappear...and you notice..., that sucks.

I wish all the Home Depot locations were as AWESOME as Southside Blvd., the people at the Pro desk are "OUTSTANDING". They always have a smile in their voice, always call for the PO and let us know who is purchasing items. Carl, Cappie Dee are such a JOY to work with and always so pleasant and willing to work with All Weather to make sure they have everything they need. PLEASE keep these employees, they ALWAYS make it a pleasure to go into the store.

Great Store! I encountered a gentleman who was VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE!!! I would like Fernando to be recognized for his hard work and dedication for your corporation! He is an ASSET! He was in the plumbing area and it was 10 till closing -- he was very PLEASANT and helpful! You have great people working for you!

I always find what I need at The Home Depot and this store provides great choices, good value and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

This store is so much better than your Jacksonville Beach location. Although the Jax Beach store is more convenient, we will go to your Southside store from now on.

Monique was the "poster child" of customer service today. She went out of her way to help us track down the patio set that we were shopping for. She was extremely friendly and definitely went above and beyond to help us! We have never had such great customer service at any of the competitor home stores.

Ben in hardware helped me with my project we were able to get everything i needed to finish my project .

Salesman was very helpful and pleasant helping us pick out a new front door and hardware. My wife was very impressed with the cleanliness and tile work in the restroom.
