Excellent Customer Service Appliances

I purchased a new refrigerator and had excellent service purchasing my appliance. Had a problem with my delivery due to the flight of stairs that I have in my condo where I live.,But was quickly resolved with the crew that came out to deliver my new refrigerator. Excellent customer service all the way around.

GE Upright 21.3 Freezer

I bought this online and it was delivered on the 17th of Feb 2022. Delivery went smooth and arrived on time. When I ordered online I didn't sign up for removal of the old freezer. I tried to add this on after ordering and before delivery but they couldn't do it at the 800 number or locally at the store so add that at time of ordering as it cost me more to dispose of myself. The freezer is maintaining a temp of 0F after leaving it overnight. I would buy again.

Wake up!!!

I went through self check out & needed to have an alarm taken off my purchase. I waited behind an employee as she helped another customer. Once she was finished with the customer she walk around me to help someone else who’d gotten there after me! I ended up flagging another employee down & he took the alarm of. As he did the woman acted surprised & said “ oh had I known I’d have did that for you!” I sad “ Well I was standing right by you as you walked around me to help someone else not acknowledging me at all so forgive me if I don’t believe you!” Then I left.
