All employees I had contact with were VERY helpful. The manager went beyond the normal to address a problem with a gift card.

Cabinet employee could’ve been more informative and more courteous , not exactly the friendliest type. He made us feel like he’s doing us a favor by selling us the cabinets and countertops.

This store is always as neat as one can be the employees r always friendly and willing to help If u can't find something instead of them saying it is in isle whatever they will take u to it and make sure it is what u wanted and always with a smile

Great Store and clean as well as a super helpful staff!

I would recommend all products except paint due to the service department in paint. There is a long wait every visit, half the time they ignore you with no acknowledgement for up to 10 minutes and they argue with you when they mix the wrong paint. Very unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this location.

As I said in the survey, I come to the Home Depot when I need to get supplies and pants for my home. The employees are knowledgeable and patient, which I definitely appreciate because this is the first time I am taking care of a home. Thank you for hiring such wonderful people.

I had an easy time with my purchase. good people , neat store. I was in the paint department and it is very clean not paint splattered all over the place and the gentleman that helped me was knowelable on what I was trying to do.

This is a GREAT store, I got the help I needed . I will make it my fun, go to for all my toys like wood and tools.

We had an easy transaction in picking up an on line purchase.

Nice wide aisles, fast, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Lots of carts readily available and usually have plenty of stock of everything they sell. Very clean store with really friendly staff throughout all departments, including cashier's!!! And the staff in the Pro Xtra area are always willing to help when loading, they ask you before you even ask them!

Always helpful they hire employees that have a knowlege of what your need and are buying

Mogan Annette and Cathy are the Home Depot triple play! They know their stuff. I'm always happy to shop there and run into any of them because I know they will help me along and get me on my way quickly. The rental area is always fast and friendly. I can usually have a truck rented in about 5 minutes. Keep up the good work!

Great store. Close to home and the ability to rent a truck or van for a short period of time is great when buying wood or other materials that are too large to fit in my car. The staff are always very helpful and they aim to please. I know that no matter how obscure I think an item may be, the Home Depot will have it.

It becomes more than a matter of "keeping up with the Jones'" It requires that one-step-ahead innovation that puts it out in front. Your management at Store 0281 is to be congratulated.

They had what I needed at a fair price and helped me get it and get on my way. And staff was very friendly and helpful and available. My kind of store.

Ordered a fireplace, got a text message when it came in, offered to put it together and made several calls to find out when it would be ready. Offered help to the car for loading

Linda, a customer service cashier, went above and beyond to help me obtain initial credit and then increase my credit limit. Linda was persistent in her focused and diligent efforts to ensure that this customer received the best deal possible at that time. Trust me, this was not an easy situation and Linda facilitated everything to a desire result.
