Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

Does The Home Depot have any Spring Deals in 2026?

The Home Depot Spring Deals sale is here to help you save even more. Save big on lawn and garden, including grills, as well as outdoor power equipment. That way, you'll be prepared to enjoy the greenery and beauty this season. Find low prices on tools and storage to kick off your spring cleaning and home repair projects early, before the heat of the summer hits. Don't forget to embrace energy-efficient living with brand-new appliances, too. This spring sale runs from April 23rd through May 10th, so remember to shop before it ends.

What do I do to prepare my home for flip-flopping spring temps?

Be certain your home is ready for springtime weather changes by repairing or replacing faulty components of your home. On the exterior of your home, examine roof shingles or metal roofing for damage that might let water leak inside. Keep gutters functional and clear to prevent overflow from backing up into your home when storms arrive. Chimney caps and vinyl siding should be swapped out if they're in poor condition. Also, check cinder blocks and brick for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from water damage and missing pieces. If moisture gets in the cracks, you could be dealing with damage.

What kinds of moving boxes do you have?

Make moving or storage easier by picking up a variety of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you're searching for, including specialty ones like wardrobe and TV boxes. Cushion any and all items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it to your next location safely. Don't forget to check out our moving truck rentals if you need those, too.

Should I get a portable generator or an inverter generator?

Having a generator means you're prepared year-round for whatever circumstances Mother Nature throws at you. Whether dealing with tornados, hurricanes, severe thunderstorms, or blizzards, a portable generator lets you enjoy power when the elements take it out. When exploring different generators for sale, remember that portable generators are more affordable and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're heavier and louder. Always run your generators outside, away from windows and doors, for safety purposes.

Do you have doorbell cameras?

Enjoy privacy, safety, and peace of mind with a wireless or wired doorbell camera. Stop peeking through a nearby window when you can view human or animal visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you talk to whoever is on your doorstep via your phone, a useful interaction to scare off potential porch pirates or talk to delivery people. Most cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you easy accessibility. Choose to save video clips for future reference as needed.

What's the project at The Home Depot Kids Workshop this month?

Don't miss our Kids Workshop on May 2nd, from 9–noon or while supplies last. It's time to put together a keepsake box! Your little builder can assemble their very own trinket holder — complete with a sliding lid. Remember to leave plenty of time to decorate your box with stickers!
