The staff at this store always go above and beyond. We have never had a bad experience with the employees and we have never had any issues with any items we have purchased through them!

Mia was so nice to me and my friend on our trip into the store the other day and today I saw her again and she spoke to me again and was just as nice!! I appreciate her kindness and her smiling face 🌝

The level of customer service is exceptional, multiple people throughout the store and and checkout asked if I needed help and then took me to the exact spot I needed to be.

I went to Home Depot located at Commercial Way, two weeks ago looking for a refrigerator water filter replacement and Gigi has helped me immediately. She gave me the double package, for less price. So, I got some savings. She is nice, knowledgeable and also speak Spanish that is a plus for me. Thank Youuuuu Gigi!

The customer service girl Kassy went above and beyond ANY store associate I have ever encountered in ANY retail store. There was a problem with our order and she called all around to other stores and HomeDepot.com since it was an online order. She resolved all issues & we are forever grateful for her help with this stressful project we are trying to tackle. Having employees like Kassy with a cheerful voice and attitude, greeting smile and determination to solve problems makes this HD GREAT!

Most employees at this location are truly amazing and like what they do! There are a few who should go elsewhere for employment

Chris and Bianca helped me find my Halloween wish list right after the hurricane ! Chris made sure I got my pumpkin stacks brought to the front. And then Bianca was like my personal shopper finding the rest of my “must haves” !! She didn’t stop until she found everything on my list and made sure to check back with me to see if I needed anything else!! BEST service EVER!!

On a recent trip to Home Depot, I was looking for products such as a sewer bug killer, drain plug, and fiberglass tub repair supplies. Don helped me greatly and even walked me to all the areas of the store to find what I needed. He even got two other associates in the paint section to help me. They were very helpful, also (I did not get their names). Really just outstanding customer service!!!

I seldom ever have an issue finding a person to assist unlke the other big box store nearby. Went in to get another 5 gallons of paint for our new home and I was out of there in 5 minutes with shaken paint needed.

Today when we went to pick up the materials we ordered they told us that the carpet that we reserved was sold.Plus we already picked up equipment from the rental department, so we spoke with the manager and he said they would be able to void the contract.the worst part was Jean at the rental department he said the manager was wrong and was probably the worst. Morgan bright at the pro desk was able to help us and get everything straightened out she was then only good part of the whole experience.

I had excellent customer service from Bill in flooring and Jackie in Customer Service. Odalisse at the Pro Desk was extremely rude, including rolling her eyes and smirking. I don’t understand why someone with her lack of customer service skills and poor attitude would be at the pro desk. I do hope management will address this, as I dont want to encounter her again, and I don’t want to have to switch to a different store location or a different company for my home supply needs.

I have been using this store #0281 for years, and never had any type of a problem.

Rebecca in the self checkout was very helpful in helping me get registered for my military discount.

Laurie in Customer Service is a great example of what "customer service" should be. Professional yet personable. You can see she enjoys her job working with customers.

Jody the cashier that helped me today is an excellent example of how a cashier should treat the customer, she took the time to sort my items and bag them so they would not cut thru the bags, she also aided me in using my veterans discount when the app would not open properly due to the very poor wi-fi connection in the store. I wish more stores not only Home Depot had employees like Jody that care for the shoppers, just the little more effort that she provided made my shopping experience pleasurable.

They are always on top of things unlike Lowe’s across the street. I spend thousand of dollars a month for materials because I am a contractor. They always have 3 people doing returns unlike Lowe’s who always has one person. They are very friendly here also unlike Lowe’s who has some very rude managers and employees.
