Pick up Mulch Garden Center and Loading
In and Out No waiting. The older man loaded my car and it was blazing hot. I am disappointed in the store manage putting an older man out in the sun while young boys were inside

Fantastic employees
I had trouble finding information about a product and three people helped us!! Then at checkout, we had the best sales cashier Christopher who answered all our questions and was so polite and gracious! Was like it was years ago!

Excellent Customer Care
Katherine at Customer Service provided excellent care concerning a refund I was due after purchasing a bulk supply of pop-up sprinkler heads. I was greeted with a smile and she was prompt, professional and courteous. In addition, the associated in plumbing and the garden center went above beyond in helping load up mulch and obtain the proper parts for my outdoor recycled water valve.

We really appreciate the fact that PEOPLE are the primary source of assistance and check out at Home Depot. Too many times recently we’ve gone into some of our favorite stores, and there are no people working! ( except for maybe one or two that have to assist when the computer can’t do the job it’s trying to steal. All employees that we interacted with were great. Rachel and Mike helped us find the materials we needed for our project and even helped my husband to figure out which brackets might be best. Sorry A.I. there’s a place for you, and it’s not here lol
