I was at the store on 4/7/25 and as I walked in at the garden entrance a women at the counter greeted me with a “ good morning “ and I replied back and I had a smile on my face and inside the store a young man was on a ladder stocking the shelves whe I asked a question and he was very polite and informative and I was happy to walk in the store and left with a smile, thanks.

We frequent the Spring Hill, FL location often. Have always got great service there. The employees generally care about your experience. However, the one downfall is the company that is offering AC sales as you walk in the front door. They are a deceitful company and will say anything to get your business. It’s not a good look for the HD store. HD has such great customer service so it’s odd they would allow a company like ARS to sell within its store and treat its customers the way they do. I had a terrible experience with ARS and basically was lied to. I would never expect HD to do that to me. So why allow deceitful companies to sell their products on your turf.

We would have liked all of the purchase done in the store and completed in a visit, this did not happen. We had to order 2 items to our home and one item to be sent to the store...then we will have to go and pick it alll up once it all comes in. We are happy so far, but the installations aren't completed yet, so this review is incomplete.

The store forgot most of my items, attempted to fix the missing items but again did not bring g the ordered items. Lesson learned, do the purchases in person

While I appreciate that our service men fought for our freedom and some died, I’m am extremely grateful. However I know many that served and got out on medics discharge because they were alcoholics or drug addicts. Problem is that they lived stateside and either chose this, or joined already addicted. I think it’s something that needs to be fixed. Many deserve it, many do not. Personally know a couple people who have and I don’t think I should pay more because they get discounts

Used Home Depot designer services.

I love the Springhill home Depot. Very friendly, helpful, clean and patient to us older people. Highly recommend home Depot especially Springhill home Depot.

Rico in the paint department did an outstanding job of matching and mixing paint to match the paint on my home from a very small chip that I brought in, I am so very pleased with the results, and so happy to have found someone who knows what they're doing and obviously takes pride in his work.

Always seem to find what i need and in the quantities needed.

Could not find a chandelier in gold I liked so associate went online to help.Very helpful. The store is very clean and the employees go above and beyond to assist customers .Always shop at this store.

Quality products, people, and service

This HD site is the best run in my area. Very attentive employees , for the most , part that are knowledgeable.

When you buy 44 sheets of material and have them load from a pallet they won't let you monitor product being loaded.

I needed help, I wanted to convert my T 8 bulbs over to LED. I heard there was a replacement upgrade. The gentleman said he didn't have the knowledge. So he did help me find the brightest bulbs for my work shop

Tool rental employee was extremely rude and unpleasant. Waited over 45 mins to be helped as not a soul was in that dept working. At the end of the transaction before leaving with my rental I had the associate void my transaction because I cannot allow an employee to take my money and treat me and other customers with such disrespect

I shop at Home Depot quite a few times a year and have done so for many years. I have noticed a change over the past couple years. That change is not enough employees available in the isles to assist. I've found it very tasking, very often, to find someone who works in a certain isle or department to assist me. I almost always end up getting assistance, but I have to hunt an employee down to hunt down the employee for the isle or department. This results in staying in the store longer than needed and getting frustrated. I'm not sure if it is a staffing issue or a company change.

WHET TO PRICE NEW FLOORING FOR MY HOME, ENDED UP BUYING EVEYTHING NEEDED ON A ONE STOP SHOP. THE STAFF MADE ME FEEL HELPED, GUIDED IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION, PROVIDED WITH HONEST AND HELPFUL ADVICE, YET THE FINAL DESICION WAS ALL MINE. I'M VERY PLEASED WITH THE LEVEL OF EXPERTICE, PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE AND THE LENGHT THE EMPLOYEE WAS WILLING TO GO TO MAKE SURE I WAS CLEAR ON WHAT WAS NEEDED TO COMPLETE THE PROJECT. I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Katrina. Her exceptional customer service truly made my shopping experience memorable as she seems to be the friendliest person in the store! Katrina was not only efficient and knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to assist me with my purchases and even offered valuable product recommendations. Her positive attitude, genuine care and friendly smile is truly commendable. I highly recommend this store and will definitely be returning due to the outstanding customer service provided by Katrina!

Been here a handful of times and now due to the ignorance I will definitely be driving an extra 30 min to go to a different location! I spend a lot of money here with my business and it’s sad that since it’s so close I have to go elsewhere. The rudest one yet and was so sad was a girl maybe 24 tatted up long hair that was an absolute nightmare! I even told her she was hella rude! That gives the rest of us that are tatted a bad name! She needs to go or learn what customer service is!

Purchased a Cuisinart Grind and Brew on the Home Depot website. Arrived on time, no wait in line and customer service extremely helpful! They even put my heavy purchase in a cart for me. Thank you for a great experience Courtney!

I had an issue with a lousy hose of mine....Ryan in Garden not only helped me through detaching my old one from my pressure washer, he recommended an AWESOME alternative that was inexpensive and a breeze to use! (One of those fabric/Kevlar types... lightweight and super easy to wind with zero kinks and crimps like my previous old rubbery relic 😆) Thanks Ryan!

Every single time I go these stores, especially to the spring hill location, these reps don't know the product they are in charge of overseeing in their section or don't know where an item is or not sure how said items work and I am tired of having to TRACK DOWN a worker and when u ask someone not part of that particular area ur needing help with, EVERY single employee u ask Lets u KNOW they aren't part of that dept and it's not their job to help u there and tell me i have to WAIT for this mysterious person to come around that is no where to be found. It seems these stores are also understaffed which is a CRIME considering the PRICES they charge and the HASSLES they make over refunds. U can also tell some of the workers just WORK there for a check and can't stand their jobs and are seriously LAZY with the help like they are being BOTHERED ur asking them for help.

Everything in power tools and lawn tools is loced up. That is OK if there are reps available but they rarely are and it takes 20 minutes to do a 3 minute task
