Do you remember when Home Depot has manned checkouts and they actually provided a service? I never applied for a job to check myself out at the SELF CHECKOUTS. Nobody showed me where the time clock is so I could punch in and get paid for my work. Don't enjoy working for free.

An employee by the name of Christian V. assisted my friend and I buying some new tools. Very knowledgeable about the best seasonal deals. Amazing customer service!

All the plants and seed packets I purchased are now growing successfully...and I will be back to get more plants when the weather warms a bit!

I always shop at the Spring Hill Home Depot and the customer service is always excellent

The store was packed, but we still got in and out quickly.

I asked employee where something was, her response was to take me right to it. All the employees are this nice and helpful.

Just bought mulch and had it delivered and bought a beautiful orchid. Love this store.

The self check out person helped me with determining if I could find the item in another store. It was not in stock anywhere. She gave me a discount on the replacement item. Thank you.

Unfortunately, the store is becoming more and more cluttered in center of isles. Or, the promotional sale items are offset in isles so it,s sometimes impossible to navigate two couples down the isle without waiting for one to clear. On day you can't find an associate, the next day their covering the floor like ants standing around talking.

A store where you can actually find an employee for help. I’m pretty self sufficient, but on occasion need a little help trying to figure out how to execute part of a project and am happy I don’t have to waste an hour trying to find someone to help me.

Our sales person, ADH5411 was excellent and made sure we understood to check everything carefully and to make sure to inspect everything upon delivery.

In all honesty my review for this Spring Hill Store is a good one because their employees are ready to assist and not walking by you hoping you won't ask no questions.

I have always had good products and service from Home Depot but just recently, I received over the top, exceptional service from the manager, Mr. Lawson and Jessica in customer service in Springhill. I was leaving on a cruise but was determined to have my sunroom furnished with a new patio set in time for Christmas festivities. It was on sale so I ordered it on Black Friday in the store only to realize (after the fact) that it would be delivered while I was away. The staff reassured me, that they would find a solution and sure enough they did. This sounds simple but it wasn’t, companies are difficult to reach around Black Friday. I felt treated like family being told to go on my vacation and not to worry. So this Christmas, my sunroom will be warm & fuzzy in more ways than one.

I come here often and it's always a pleasure. Helpful, cheerful employees like Fred, Wendy and Kevin (all the others too) are great representatives of Home Depot. My son has autism and they treat him with love, kindness and respect. Thanks, everyone!

4 people standing around to assist customers is a joke. Most of them were scanning items for people. Making things even slower. Put some cashiers back to work. It would be a lot better and I may start shopping at Home Depot again. I hate the self checkout process!

Arrived to pick up an online order and look for a couple of other items. I was greeted several times on the way in and asked multiple times if I needed help finding anything. When shopping at a competitor, I seldom see associates, much less asked if I needed help.

I like going to Home Depot because it’s easy to find what you want and the employees are there to help you if you need it.

Bring cashiers back into the store and eliminate these overwhelming self-checkout machines.

If you want a place that has everything you could want except a cashier, then this is the place for you. If you are a retiree like me, I don't want to check myself out. AND I'm concerned about the jobs lost. By the way, I wonder how long it will take the corporate geniuses that thought up this money saving plan- to realize the company is going to be out a lot of money that will be walking out the door without benefit of checkout .

Like mini retail stores, the quality and the product I’m not happy with cheaply made and you can tell it comes from China.

Bought a mowing tractor and pieces were missing or loosely assembled and no help was given even after asking store manager. A manager is worthless and has no business running this or any other store.
