The order process was great. Delivery was a joke. Ruined brand new washer with grease all over top of it . Paid for installation never happened

Wendy went above and beyond helping me buy a microwave/convection oven. It wasn't even her department but she still helped me locate and purchase one. She's an asset to the store and she needs a promotion.

I use this Home depot for most of my projects. The staff is always helpful and the store usually has what I need.

I wouldn’t recommend that anyone go there at 6 am when they open because there is one one there to help you,every time I go there in the morning and I ask for help all they keep saying is sorry but the person that works in this department doesn’t come in till 7:30 so what’s the use of opening the store so early if there’s no one there to help you I have been bypassing the Spring Hill store and I go to the Port Richey store or the holiday store, it just saddens me I go in there in the morning and 50 percent of the time I walk out immediately when they don’t have the help or the materials that I need.

I had three different employees on the floor very courteous and helpful. The cashier Diana N was just as friendly. Really felt like employees were representing this store very well.

I do a lot of shopping at this particular store in Spring Hill, FL and I am able to get really good service and find the products I am looking for.

We moved from an area where one home improvement store was just as good as the other, so I'm pleasantly surprised to find this Home Depot to be a cut above the other stores. The store is always clean & neatly arranged. The employees are friendly & knowledgable. I even had one not know an answer, so he went to find someone who did!! The Paint Dept is always super-quick mixing my paint, so I never have to wait very long. So now, whenever I'm doing a project, this HD is my first (and usually only) place to shop!

Purchased my first battery operated lawnmower, and it was extremely satisfied with your help and assistance I received from Diana N. Store parking lot was well-maintained and carts were an order and available. Store was clean and stocked. Not very often you go somewhere and feel like you were actually appreciated to be there as a customer was made to feel that my time and money are valuable and a priority excellent excellent store.

I wasn't sure exactly what I needed; however the assistant manager Jon, helped me save money by choosing what I could afford, and then talking to me about what tools I had at home, and how to exactly install this item. So helpful when you are a single woman trying to do your own home repairs and improvements.

Home Depot should be ashamed of themselves.

Our most recent purchase has been a new kitchen and countertop (second time for new kitchen purchase). We worked with Mike Cracchiolo sales man # MXC395. He was fantastic. He went way way above and beyond designing our kitchen with us. Please let him know how much we appreciate all of his support and efforts. Purchased carpet for install from William Charlow. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Also had conversations with Phyllis 3 visits to get her insite into carpets and flooring. She too was Friendly and knowledgeable. Both made my flooring decisions easier.

Bought a Bougainville tree a few years ago. Very nice plant

I came in to buy drywall and insulation to repair my home after hurricane Idalia. I needed the drywall scored so I could carry it. The attendant cut it for me and placed it in the cart. He was very helpful!

Was wonderful to see a number of employees readily visible to ask information about where items are located and about the items themselves. Did not have to go hunting for an employee!

Go to this store all the time. Just shopping for ideas and comparisons, and Rosemary arrived to seal the deal. Smiling, genuinely happy, patient, helpful and allowed time to make a decision. Upgraded product also so store made even more money.
