the gardening center cashier was wearing her mask under her nose and leaning into customers The vendor for the other brand of plants (not bonnie brand) refused to put on a mask at all even when i was close to him and asked him to. The store supervisor Pauline was a witness to this and when I asked her to tell him to wear a mask she said she would but did not while I was there. The signs for the Bonnie plants on sale were also misleading .

There are very helpful associates at this location, you just have to get through the unhelpful ones to find them! Don't give up and you will leave satisfied eventually!

All of the employees we came into contact with were very helpful and professional. At Check-Out, the young woman who assisted us, was courteous, patient, tactful and helpful. The employees seem to work as a "Team" which makes for a pleasant experience.They worked together to assist the customers.

I wish I could give this store ZERO stars. The employees on the floor are unwilling to answer your questions and look away if you need help. Moreover half the time they are just looking at their cell phones. Customers are just waiting near the registers or self checkout to quickly pay and leave. Most customers I've seen have just got frustrated and go somewhere else.

Some of the employees are very rude. Has long lines for no reason.

Today was a good experience at this store because I found all I needed.

You will find friendly staff and will be able to find or source your purchase with ease

Home depot store #1238 was well stocked with a variety of products and a variety of brands at very inexpensive prices.Finding products was easyand the store was very clean,Associates were very knowledgeable and friendly and extremely helpful which made my shopping experience superb.

the store is in close vicinity to all sorts of transportation with a spacious and clean parking lot. This store is clean and well stocked with a variety of brands.. The associates are knowledgeable of their area and they are courteous.The products that I was looklng for was found easily. I was able to get assistace when needed,even when the item was not in the store , the associates would willfully check the other stores for the item.

Don't plan on going to that store again I will go to the one in Green acres on valley stream did not find what I was looking for ask for assistance one person scanned the item told me what area it was in didn't find what I needed store is no tidy but floor looks clean one asdovo he was helpful

Alway bad service rude employees and mishaps I'm done trying to shop in my own neighborhood for this Home Depot. Have management visible or treat/pay employees better. Maybe you'll hire associate that act like they care about customers. As for my experience this time no one picks up phone for curbside pick up why advertise if your not gonna do it thank god I'm not a elderly person or a person who had a physical disability or if I sent my wife she wouldnt be able to lift a toilet on to a car

I ask a Garden Representative To assist me because I saw online stating that they had extra stock of the item however he told me that the database is not updated I saw Mr. Jordan on my way out of the store and I explain to him my dilemma he said let me check for you and was able to get me the item that the first associate told me there was no more in stock Mr. Jordan was very very helpful and courteous

The cashier named "Shawn" from Tool Rental rung up my order quick and easy. I was out of the store in less than 10 minutes.

I’ve made friends with a lot of the employees here! They are always so helpful. I bought my house 2 years ago that is located not too far from the store. I have been here to this location countless number of times b/c of renovations w/ a contractor & a few DIY projects I have completed. I just wanted to say thank you so much for all of your help! The store was clean and well stocked. The sales associates, manager and cashiers were polite, helpful and professional as they interacted with me.

The store at springfield gardens has lot's off potential. It has a large parking lot, but the shopping carts are left everywhere- which is not good, there should be poster, announcement or personnel to direct the customer not to leave the shopping carts everywhere. Recently i visited the store, when i cam out i found one cart hit my car and left a dent on the car door. I could not find anyone to blame and knew it would be waste of my time to complain inside the store. So I decided not to visit this store again.
